I had purchased a samsung Mobile phone vide model No SGH J800 on 24/4/2009 from QRS, retail Ltd,MG Road, Trivandrum, Kerala. On the month of October,2009, one side of my head set was not working and i went to the customercare service centre at "Mereena Electronics", the exclusive samsung service center at T.C 28/986(1),SWARA46,Sreekandeswaram,Thiruvananthapuram. After examination they said that headset was out of stock and asked me to come after one month, i request for the registration of the complaint but they replied that this is only a minor complaint and there is no need of registration. Believing the words of the servicemen i came back to the service center after one month, af that time also they made me believe that there was no stock and they asked me to come on the 5th of february, 2010. On 5th day of Februrary, 2010, they made a further examination of my head set and said that they are giving warranty of head set only for 6 months.this fact was not mentioned anywhere in the warranty paper. So kindly give direction to replace my headset within 10 days, otherwise i will take appropriate legal action Before the Honorable Consumer Dispute

    I had bought a 40 Inch Samsung LCD TV (Model No. LA40B550K1RLXL) from Aditya Vision, Patna on 24th December 2009 for which I paid Rs. 70000. After three days, I started experiencing problem in operating TV which I immediately brought to Samsung's notice. One of the Service Engineers visited my premise and suggested me to change Satbiliser. I changed the Stabiliser the very next day. Again after a week, I started experiencing the same problem. The TV used not to start in the very first attempt. I called up the Service Engineer and started making innumerable follow ups with him to check my TV. He kept on informing me that he would visit my premise shortly. Finally he woke up after a couple of weeks, visited my premise, checked the TV and declared the TV to be defective. He suggested to get the TV replaced. This all happened in the month of January 2010. After that I have been making follow ups with Service Engineer and Aditya Vision to replace my TV. They are continuously making false promises to me that they would soon replace my TV. They are continuously making cock and bull story. I am working with Idea Cellular Limited. I was not in a position to afford a TV of Rs. 70000. I purchased it from a Private Financer (Elite Leasing) @ 21% Interest p.a. I am paying Rs. 5000 p.m. for a TV which I have not been able to view. This has led to mental agony on my part to the maximum.
    No one from Samsung bothers to redress my issue. I am sick and tired of making incessant follow ups with them. I have written so many mails to Samsung but all of them are in vain. No body is there to listen to me. This is the reason why I have taken recourse to you now because this is the only option available to me now. I want these buggers to be penalised for the pathetic products and services being rendered by them.
    I am not looking forward to replacement of my defective TV now. I want these buggers to pay me a compensation of Rs. 1 million for all the mental harassment and agony that I have been going through for last two months.
    You are the only hope where I have pinned all my hopes to get justice of this issue.

    SAMSUNG LCD TV — Defective LCD TV

    I purchased a Samsung LCD TV in Feb 2008 from Vijay Sales Bandra for Rs 50000/-. The TV is not working properly in October 2009 i.e within 18 months. When I lodged a complaint with them they inform me that since the warranty period expired within 12 months I will have to pay Rs 1000/- plus service tax merely for their mechanic to visit my house and any spare parts expenses will have to be borne in addition to that. Even if their servicing technician comes by A/C taxi (which they do not), it would not cost them Rs 1000/- to visit my home. It is a very good strategy to fleece and cheat customers - Manufacture and sell sub standard products which become defective immediately after warranty period is over and charge Rs 1000/- every time your technician has to visit the home to check the sub standard TV.

      We purchased samsung fully automatic top loading washing machine in 2006 October. In last december due to some reason the IC in the top operation panel is spoiled.Even the customer care has no idea the reason for that. When called the samsung customer care initially they told the part will be replaced, and after 2 months finally they said that manufacturing of that part is stopped. Now they said they can only give the depreciation cost up to 55%(not sure how much they come finally) once we give back the existing machine.

      I dont understand how come after just 3 years they stop manufacturing the parts. What happens if the parts are spoiled by some unavoidable circumstances. Is the life of the samsung product just 3 years? what action should i take inorder to get proper justice.

The part - sensor / PCB may be not in working condition as explained by service centre engineer. We informed kindly do needful immediately. In case part is not available, same may be repaired. Ohters are readyto do. But we want from authorised service centr.

      Kindly help for immediate action.

        Dear Sir/Ma'am,

        I had submitted my Tata CDMA mobile handset on 3rd August 2009 for repairing which was not under warranty, but till date I have not been given back my handset. First they said it would take 2 months as they would raise request to their corporate office. And whenever I visited service center they gave me another date and excuse. Thus, it has been 7 months, but no reply. During this time period I was very mentally harrased by service center people. Neither I could purchase new handset nor I was alloted any other handset for temprorary use. Kindly help me either to get my repaired handset or compensation.

          I am using a samsung corby txt and i am unable to connect my phone to pc through PC studio, when i try to do connect i am getting a error message like: drivers not found is there any way i can connect my phone to PC. Please Help..

            Sir ,
            I purcased a samsung microwave oven from Santoshi TV centre, ShopNo.16, Stadium Complex, Township Ojhar, Tal, Niphad, Dist Nashik-422207 on 12 feb 2010. Micro wave model No is 103VD slno.21437DASB00017. After full payment I payed I got a defective peice. Its door hinjes are loose after closing micowave.Waves can leak from the loose door, It is very dangerous to operate the microwave. Even after two weeks no one came from company for installation. I really feel cheated.

              Dear All,

              My father have bought Two Samsung Camera ST50 from Mustafa Market, Singapore and now due to some problem I have given it to Samsung service Center in Ahmedabad for servicing. As per policy they are asking for the bill but I am not able to locate my bill/Invoice as it seems that I have lost he same. I have the Tax refund Receipt as issued by Singapore govt. but they are not ready to accept it.

              I have forwarded the mail to Mustafa Market customer care division, Singapore regarding the copy of bill/Invoice (Invoice No. CA-28204) but there is no response. I have also mentioned the serial Number of my camera and told the Samsung service station to get the copy from Samsung Company as they have the data of every product sold by whom and who has bought it that would give them the clarification.

              I am stucked up wit the same and can’t get any solution. I have been to Ahmedabad thrice and still don’t have the solution to it.

              I have the box pack and with serial number with warranty card. Still Samsung is not ready to take it for servicing in the warranty period.

              Request you to kindly help to resolve the same.

                have bought Samsung Corby Pro (GT-B5310) on Jan 29, 2010 but till date I am unable to connect the phone to my PC through software named 'kies' provided with the set. Further not able to connect to internet by using 'Bluetooth' connection. I have being trying hard, loaded and reloaded their software 'kies' but could not succeed. Same thing using bluetooth, my other phone is working well but 'corby Pro' is not able to connect to net. Please Help!

                Samsung Corby Pro — Can't access messages

                when i start the message menu it shows the message 'initializing', then stops everything. and shows the main menu, i cant access my messages.
                I have got into this message "initializing" problem all of a sudden after 8 months o[censored]sage. Not sure how. Iam not able to send / receive messages now. :(

                Samsung Corby Pro — Internet connection by connecting to PC

                I bought samsung corby pro since its stylish but we,the customers are unable to connect to internet by connecting the mobile to PC.its really waste of buying this mobile with 10,000 bucks. Any china mobile is much better.I suggest others not to buy it.
                my mobile is samsung corby proB5310.I purchased it on17th jan 2011.now it is not working, and when i tried to charge the battery, the mobile is heating very high, and switches off automatically.Battery back up is very low, it is always showing low battery.The second problem is, when ever i tried transfer video files to pc by using blue tooth, only video is transferring but audio is not transferring.This is my second mobile with samsung company facing problem.i have given my mobile at service center.previously i experienced very poor service at service center.now i have to see what happens with my second mobile!

                  I purchased a samsung camera in Singapore in april 2009. The warranty card specifies a warranty of 1 year. I had to take the camera for service in India. The warranty card specifies a ' LIMITED INTERNATIONAL WARRANTY' . The service center refused any service within warranty stating that the warranty card has not mentioned the countries where this warranty can be provided stating that it is a limited warranty and may not be applicable in all countries.

                  I asked for the definition of limited and asked for the countries where it should be applicable. No answers on that. In effect though the warranty card says there is International warranty,with no mention of countries, Samsung would refuse service everywhere and anywhere. I have no warranty at all to sum it up.

                  Please help with this.

                  SAMSUNG CAMERA — non receipt of 2GB memory card

                  Dear Sir,
                  I had ordered samsung ES15 digital camera, order no. 33386,& received camera 9without 2 GB memory card accessory ( airway bill no.C06452935 Dt. 22/12/09 ). I have already registered complaint on toll free no.[protected] on 23/12/09, but yet I have not received 2 GB memory card. You are requested to send 2GB memory card at the earliest.

                  Hi...This is Mahesh Pharande from Pune. I have Samsung WB600 digi Cam (Sr. No - A&0XC90Z400164T). I have purches this model July '10. I am facing lens stuck problem from the date of purching. Already This is third time, i have sent the camera at samsung service center for the same problem, every time they give us the temporary solution. Even from service center your team is not capable to give proper solution, why it is happening again and again...?
                  I accept your service quality is good, but i am really fed up with this lens stucking problem, i am wasting my time behind this issue. Its a really connected to my family member, we cant capture a memorable snap with family.
                  Now, I kindly request you please can i get the hand to hand replacement at your pune samsung gallery or final solution from your end.

                      Sirs,

                      I bought Corby speed (Recommended by TATA INDICOM's site) for my tata indicom pre paid connection. Upgraded my sim to OMH. But TATA zone, MMS and internet not working. I have already made desperate attempts to get the problem resolved through TATA and Samsung helplines but in vain.

                      Samsung replaced the handset also after I insisted for the same but that too was of no use.

                      TATA Helpline (Through Messages) suggests that TATA ZONE restored and I should enjoy the network.

                      I have been regularly complaining since[protected] to them. THey say everything is fine as per their records.

                      My browser seetings as mentioned in the phone are :- Profile name : OMH, Home URL : http:/da.tataindicom.com, PPP Digit : #777, PPP user name : (Blank), PPP Password : (Blank), PPP Auth Type : (Blank), Proxy : Enabled, PRoxy IP Address : 172.23.252.15, Port : 9401, Proxy ID : (Blank) and Proxy Password : (Blank).

                      Would you suggest them to show me any Corby speed with OMH Pre-paid sim on which TATA Zone, MMS or Internet working.

                      sir i have complaint abuot corby speed SCH-F339 and i have tata indicom prepaid connection.The internet is not working and i upgrated my sim. i compliant so time to tata indicom as well as samsung. please solve my complaint as soon as possible.otherwise i will compliant to consumer court...
                      Hi pankaj i have the same handset.i am able to use internet on this mobile with tata indicom.you have not mentioned that what error had you faced.

                      Samsung — corby speed mobile problem

                      here i am complain about the mobile which is purchased on one year warranty.
                      i purchased samsung cdma corby speed on 21 feb, 2010. i have problem with the connectivity of broadband through computer due to its hardware failures , and i got repaired once in month of march and it works but after 15 days it got same problem than on 1st april 2010 the company customer care make it repaired but they do not tested in front of me like first time, and hence when i got tested at home than it have the same problem as earlier, it means that company trys to makeme fool.

                      thats why i am launching complain against them, i want that compay should repair my handset or otherwise give me the whole price of mobile.

                      After registering complaint on this site, I got a sms from tata indicom on 28/07/10 that they get my complaint and my complaint no was [protected] and they will solve this problem in 24 hours.but nobody contact me regarding all this.On 01/08/10 i get one more sms that complaint no [protected] has been successfully resolved and closed. i surprised that how can they closed this complaint without speaking with me.i checked my data again but situation was same.After sometime i got an sms to reply yes or no ( for satisfaction with solution ) I replied with no. and i get back a sms that they will call me again in few hours.but i not received any call from tataindicom yet.
                      tata sucks.i have been using tata postpaid from last 3 years.i bought corby speed just for internet but all in vain.just after 1 month i faced loads of net problem complaint a lot but no progress.i visited with my complaints several time at c.p tata office.the customer service representative are very rude dere service request are never updated.they damn care for there consumers c.p office is pathetic they humiliate consumers.the shocking thing is they damn care that customer are sitting with there problems the csr are busy with there personal call.i am really disappointed with tata service.
                      I have a Samsung Metro TV M519 mobile phone.
                      I have installed latest version of Samsung NPS in Windows 7.
                      Few months ago, i migrated my normal SIM to OMH SIM Card.
                      Since then, i was able to access the (EVDO) internet perfectly in my mobile phone.

                      But, I am always receiving "Error 691: Access was denied because the username and/or password was invalid", message when ever i try to connect to the internet from my Laptop using my mobile phone as modem.

                      I have used Samsung NPS to create the dial-up connection in my Laptop.
                      I have enough account balance, and i used my Tata Indicom "My account"
                      username and password, still it didn't work. I have also used "internet" as username and password, still it didn't work, i used many combinations o[censored]sername and password suggested by Tata Indicom customer care like [protected]@photon.tatatel.in etc etc, but still they didn't work.
                      Now Tata Indicom is saying that, there is no issues in their end and the problem is in my Mobile Phone settings.
                      And they are now suggesting me to visit a Tata Indicom outlet to resolve the issue.
                      I don't think there is much can be done in my Mobile phone to resolve the problem, I tried contacting Samsung Customer Care, but they are always unreachable.

                      1) Its obivious you should install your samsung corby pc suite.
                      2) connect your mobile to your laptop.
                      3) close the samsung pc suite window.
                      4) open you control panel and double click on phone and modem icon.
                      5) under dialing rules - see you have your location's STD code - for eg. if chennai you should be having '044'
                      6) Click on samsung mobile modem.
                      7) Click on properties and move to Advanced tab.
                      8) Type AT+CRM=2
                      9) Click on Diagnostics >> then Query Modem
                      10) You will find a success command.

                      Now configure your dialer.

                      your username will be 'MEID N0'@pda.ttsl.in which you can find under your mobiles details..which is displayed on the barcode.

                      password: password

                      Dialing number should be #777

                      note: i was also able to connect using the username and password as internet.

                        This is to inform you that I am a Senior Citizen and I had purchased a SAMSUNG WT9200 WASHING MACHINE ON 09-07-08 + SAMSUNG REFRIGERATOR from HARI ELECTRONICS (C4 & 5 Sec 15 , Om plaza, Near HDFC BANK Vasundhara Ghaziabad (U.P).

                        From Day 1 the washing machine is malfunctioning and more than six times the company has send their engineer to repair the machine but still the machine has not stopped troubling.I am an OLD WOMAN/ A SENIOR CITIZEN and because of this machine Iam very much troubled and facing a lot of problems in washing the clothes.
                        But other wise the refrigerator is working fine

                          Samsung India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                          I purchase a Samsung mobile phone 10 months before and the phone was not able to switch on my model no.is (SCH-F679) and the phone is given by the name of (Dharmendra) to Wazirpur branch to get repaired on 8th Oct.08 they said you can collect your phone on 11th, i visted them on 11th they said come on 13th, i again visited there on 13th they said we had given phone to head office and come on 17th, i again visited on 17th they said we are unable o locate your phone please come on 20th, i again visited on 21st that's today and they are saying you will get phone in next 15 to 20days

                          Is this a way to handle a customer, i had spended Rs.8000.00 to buy your handset and in return you are giving me sucha bull- service . Please revert back soon my contact no. is

                          Samsung — Poor service for Samsung Mobile phones

                          I had given my phine( F270) for repair with explaination that it was imersed in water.I booked the phone for repair and asked to give a call back indicating the cost of repair. After a week I received a call telling that the phone is OK and can be collected.
                          I reached the shop oin 5th Nov 7 pm. the shop was about to close. But the shop keeper/supervisors just pulled down the shutter. The response from the shop keeper was very rude.
                          2. Next day I again visited within the working hours , but to my dismay found the shop closed. I was informed that the shop had a weekly off on Thusrsday , where as the shop displays a notice of Sunday being the holiday !
                          3. I reached the shop on Saturday , 7th Nov. I was given the phone , withiut any repairs done ! I was told that the mother board need to be changed! The shop keeper had not checked also what was the issue and also not checked waht is the problem and what would be the cost of repair...

                          The service centre is not serious about the servicing the phones , probably interested only making quick money by fooling around the customers. Samsung India should take a serious note of this.

                          Great problems related to the mobile:
                          Disappearance of contact lists
                          Disappearance of recent dialed & received contacts
                          Always Arabic language instead of English after setting adjustment
                          ...more & more
                          i went to customer service center in sumoha, alexandria, egypt in March 6, 2010 ( after 3 days of bought )
                          They told me that they will download a new software in Cairo ( 2 hours from alexandria).
                          Till today March 17, 2010 i do not receive my mobil without any oblogise nor any customer
                          Care. ( 12 days to download the software!!!)
                          Never buy SAMSUNG with this very bad respecting.

                            i buy my samsung sgh j800 from WAVES TECHNOLOGY, Gur Mandi, PATIALA -147001 (Punjab) .i purchased on 30/6/09 and given 1 year guaranty. my phone giving problem in sliding n headphone. i changed my headphone twice but still problem in it.my mobile phone colour rubbing from it from sliding place .WAVES TECHNOLOGY given headphone too short length and too small and it voice comes alot outside. whenever i attach my headphone to phone it automatically start calling recent number from dialed number. i asked many times from Samsung customer service about it , they always give me 1 answer - Go to our Auth. Dealer. i am very irriated from this. i wanted to take this matter personally.

                            samsung j800 — phone is full of complaints

                            hello, i am Gireesh resident of visakhapatna. Almost 45 days back i bought samsung j800 mobile for Rs6800/-. The phone got locked as well as sim. samsung service people kept the phone with them nearly 22 days. After that it got bluetooth software problem also. again i went there . samsung service people are irresponsible towards the customers. one said it will be completed in 2days, the other said that it will be completed in 4days. one said there is no software for your mobile. please take necessary action.

                            samsung j800 — redialling

                            sub :comlpaint regarding the mobile problem even after getting it repaired two times from sec. 22 samsung service station..
                            i have purchased my mobile samsung sgh j 800 in nov 26 last year(2009) . and was getting the automatic redialling problem since last two months , and thenn i got it examined from samsung service station sec 22 chandigarh 1st time they took my phone and examined it then deliver it back assuring there will be no problem , but on the second day i got a black spot on my cell's screen automatically , and the redialling problem even got much worst , then i again take phone back to them ignoring my busy schedule , then they tgold me after examining that this prob is due to hardware and black spot was due to our fault , however there was none of our fault , then also i provided them wil rs 1200(approx.) {phone was in validity } but now the problem has again occured (redialling problem) . so , it is disturbing me a lot , as neither i m satisfied with coustmer service , nor with their work , and also not with their late delievery of phone(as they took very long time to deliver my phone to me last time , approx, 8-9 days) . so what shep should i take further .regards sahil

                            Samsung j 800 — mobile was not repaired

                            There was a problem in my phone.its screen turned white.I went to Samsung service center at dugri in Ludhiana.They told me that slider and upper keypad and display needed to be changed but they just turned me back without solving the problem.Customer care was not satisfactory.My phone is under warranty period till Jan6,2011.Its model is J 800,IME-358425/02/027711/4.They are misbehaving me.So i have decided to file a case in consumer court or otherwise look into this matter as soon as possible.My mobile no is [protected].

                              I bought Samsung corby pro on 26th Feb 2010.

                              All mobiel featured working except A-GPS & Google Maps which is provided in the mobiel features.

                              Company claims that Maps is their new feature, thats why i bought the Samsung Corby pro instade of Nokia 5800.

                              Now that Maps feature is not working, i call samsung customer care 3times, all time they dropped my call saying our Techical department is busy, we will call you. But not call from them yet.

                              I totally agree with your point. I had also recently purchased and am experiencing the same problem.
                              Infact my friend who had purchased samsung corby star in which google maps application works well.

                              This problem should be fixed up @ any cost by Samsung for its customers should not be
                              disappointed.

                              I am face another problem with my corbypro just after 2 weeks now the screen is waving once i touch it and the call end can not do it from the headset
                              does it have AGPS and not working or it doesn't have it ...ur response will help me in deciding of buying this phone or not
                              There seems to be no A-GPS feature on the phone at all, its also not mentioned in the owners manual.
                              I bought a Pro. My map worked at one time, it was really good! even up till the street were I lived. This was only one time. ever since, it showed that I was somewhere in Cacique! I am located in the Philippines. I do not know how to adjust this.
                              @chennai its not working on BSNL network but works with Aircel. not sure of the connection.
                              I have also have an samsung corby pro and I also faced the same problem. I have solved the problem and now it is working fine . try this: go to menu - go to games & more - you will find google map application here also. without clicking g-map, go to more option, set network connection as per your activated internet profile., save. go back to google menu and start google map. It will work. The problem I found is that setting internet profile in internet settings or phone settings or google settings does not taken by google map. Its setting are affected from games menu only .

                                I have given Samsung Star phone S5603for repairing Phone Charging point which i had purchased just recently in nov 2009 i-e within the warranty period. But surprisingly, there is no response even after 20 days.This is very shocking experience of mine. Since the Samsung Service centre in borivali is even not giving me the exact date on which i can get back my phone.Nor they are giving any response to me. I m experiencing quite a loss ,because of not having my phone with me which is just bought.
                                kindly reply me at the earliest or replace me with a new piece.

                                  Samsung Canada customer service is very bad and rough

                                  I bought a Samsung 46' LCD TV (LN46N540P8f) five months ago. Its TV stand explosed yesterday while we are out of home for work. Sharp glass like material scattered our living room. The good thing is that no one got hurt.

                                  I call samsung canada[protected] to report this issue. A supervisor kept say she never heard this kind of thing. I feel so bad for such kind of attitude.

                                    i have purchased samsung omnia hd i8910 on dec 6 2009 till today(27.2.10) it remains impossible for me to set up my mail box on this smart and costliest handset
                                    Please send my this very important complaint to the related company as early as possible.I already tried on all surrounding company'service center and outlets but no one has even a bit of idea how to set up mailbox in this handset It is surprising for me why it is so difficult to set up mailbox on this hi profile handset .I have also Nokia N73 handset much inferior in comparison to the samsung omnia hd i8910 but nokia priorty cooperated and helped me in setting up mailbox on N 73. Now i am disappointed with the samsung omnia hd smart phone .Please forward my important complaint to samsung.                                       I have bought an new Samsung Corby pro GT B5310 handset, it is a superb mobile but it has some limitations such as:-

                                      (1) It does not have call recorder and
                                      (2) while incoming call we cannot make phone on silence mode

                                      press and hold the key to lower the volume while incoming call. it won't lower ur volume but put it will put ur phone to silent mode for tht call.
                                      otherwise go to settings then motion settings on turn on etiquette pause. Now, i[censored] turn over ur phone while incoming call, it will go to silent for tht call only.

                                      To make the phone silent :

                                      Goto Settings -> Motion Settings ->Etiquette Pause and turn on the Activation button.

                                      Now whenever you get a call, just turn over the phone and it will be silent temporarily for that call. Exactly what your requirement it.

                                      i have Samsung Monte, even that has the same issue. unable send message while sending.
                                      checked the setting, some times it goes soemtimes its not. so definetly not an issue with service provider. if i turn off phone and turn on it will be fine.
