It is not cooling. I have been trying your toll free number but it is continously busy.It is still under warrantly. Kindly bsend the person as soon as possible.
I have purchased a Samsung Refrigerator Model No. SR32EMB 310 Ltr. from your Auth. Dealer Manoj Electronics, Darya Ganj, New Delhi. It is not colling. I have been tryng your toll free number but it is continously busy. It is still under warantly. Kindly send the person as soon as possible.
I had purchased a RT 26 Refrigerator on 1st April 2004.There were minor complaints on and off and on lodging a complaint, they were being attended to.It was working fine till recently ie till 10th Feb 09.

On 10th Feb 09, it suddenly stopped cooling.My wife called me from home and informed of this problem.I called up the service centre and lodged a complaint.They sent the service Engineer on 11th Feb 09.On inspection, he diagnosed the problem as the breakdown of the compressor and the sealed unit.The sealed unit carries FIVE years warranty.He told that the refrigerator will have to be taken to their local workshop for replacing the compressor unit but it would be taking some three to four days' time because of the non availability of the compressor units.The workshop people told that they had already placed an order with NOIDA factory for the spare parts which includes Compressor units also and that they are expecting the same in four to five days' time.

I have been trying to locate the mail id of the company's customer Care unit but to no avail so far.In the process I came across this page containing the complaints on various Samsung Products.On going through a few of the complaints, I am afraid how my complaint would be attended to.

I AM GREATLY SURPRISED TO LEARN FROM THE SERVICE ENGINEER THAT THE COMPRESSOR UNIT HAS GIVEN WAY.BEFORE I BOUGHT THIS SAMSUNG FRIZ, I HAD USED A GODREJ MAKE REFRIGERATOR FOR NEARLY 20 YEARS WITHOUT A SINGLE COMPLAINT.IT IS REALLY PATHETIC TO OBSERVE THAT PRODUCTS FROM SAMSUNG, A GLOBALLY RENOWNED MULTI NATIONAL COMPANY PERFORM THIS BADLY.

FIRST THING TO OVERCOME SUCH PROBLEMS IS TO ENFORCE STRICT QUALITY CONTROL DURING MANUFACTURING PROCESS.MORE IMPORTANT THAN THAT IS THE PROMPT CUSTOMER CARE THAT MUST BE EXTENDED.

I optimistically hope that the company takes care of my problem soon with no inconvenience caused to the house lady .I request the executives of SAMSUNG INDIA LTD to respond to this comment of mine by sending a mail.Further details will be given on receipt of the response.
we are purchase samsung refrizerator on 11.01.2006 to KELSONS MARKING, PPN MARKET, Kanpur. the refrizerator was creating some problems after one year. the suddenly stopped cooling.I called up the service centre and lodged a complaint.They sent the service Engineer on 15th March 09 on inspection, he diagnosed the problem as the breakdown/choke the gas of the compressor and the sealed unit.The sealed unit carries FIVE years warranty.He told that the refrigerator will have to change the gas and demand the gas charges of Rs. 500/- and service charge Rs. 200/- + 12% service charges extra paid by me to service engineer. when, warranty of compressor of refrizerator is five year, how can charge the Rs. 500/- by the service engineer at the time change of gas. i am very harrsed now. please do the needful. an early reply is requested very soon, otherwise legal action will be taken against service centreI Samsung.

I have purchased a Samsung Double door refrigerator in 2008. Now it is not perfectly cooling. with regard to my problem, I contact the samsung customer care executive and subsequently communicated, they all assured me that within one or two days your problem will be rectified. But I am ashamed to say that no any person from Samsung came to my address and rectify the proble. May I once again request you to kindly look into the matter and get the problem rectified failing which I will have to go with no option with me but to consumer court only.

first time when i called the call centre executive took the call gave the complaint no. saying that by tommorow i.e. 15th april engineer will visit, first the engineer called and told that he will come at 10 am, but noboby turned up again i got a call by saying he coming at 4pm, but atlast he turned up around 6pm. after cheking the engineer told gas has to be filled, so tommorow i.e 16 april they will come, again i called the customer care they told engineer will visit, after that engineer called just to say that it will take 3 days because they didnt have the spares. i dont know how long it will take.
This is regarding complaint lodged on 14th of March for my refrigerator, complaint number [protected]. its been more than a month and still no one is turning up to solve the problem. every time i call, i get same answer that withing 24hrs it will be fixed and after that no one turns nor there is any call to update about the status. Is this how you treat your customers.

Refrigerator is very crucial commodity for daily use and if you are showing this type of attitude for this itself, I wonder how you handle other products. I owe that I will not buy any more samsung products and I am also going to put this up in Wipro and Cisco internal websites so that people should think twice before going for samsung.

Its shame that we are allowing such companies to come up and set up their shops in india and fool indians itself. I never had such a bad experience with any other company or product. I have never seen a people with such an lackadaisical attitude towards customer service.

Before this I had Godrej refrigerator which worked for 15 years without even a single issue. And now, samsung which claims to top consumer product seller, refrigerator compressor itself is gone with 4 yrs.

1. I am stationed at Jodhpur, Rajasthan. I had booked a Samsung Refrigerator model no RT-35 HV 345 Ltrs by paying the full amount by DD on 13 Apr 2009 to TARANG ELECTRONICS JODHPUR.

2. Till today the fridge has not been delivered to me. Whenever I try to find out from the dealer or Samsung reps in Rajasthan, either they don’t pick up the phone or I am told it will be delivered in a couple of days.

3. Since I have paid the full amount in advance, getting the delivery of the fridge has become a real nightmare for me. What kind of after sales service I can expect? Can you help? I wish I had gone for LG/Whirlpool.

4. I sent a mail in this regard to support.[protected]@samsung.com, but apart from sympathetic mail, I have not heard from them.

5. Legal action is the only option left for me.

i had purchased a fridge model no.-SR-32 EMB about seven year back. This March end the fridge stopped working for which Samsung was contacted by my husband in Ghaziabad branch while I was not here. The Engineer Mr Naveen Kaushik came to look at the fridge and suggested that coz it was 7 yrs old it is btr to gt it repaired privately and he sent his technician Mr Shahnawaz who did not even use the pressure meter to know what the problem was in the fridge and changed the compressor. Instead of putting 1/6hp compressor he put 1/8hp telling us that 1/6 hp compressors are absolete. The fridge worked for 1 week and again stopped working. When i came back home on April 10 I contacted Mr Naveen. Since then the technician came and filled the gas and the fridge worked for a week thn bursted out.This happened 9 times. Fed up i got a local technician from Muzaffarnagar who checked and told that there was a leakage os gas from the freezer. Meanwhile I contacted the customer care on 2nd May and they told me the Engineer would contact me in a day and no body came. On my second call on 9th Maythey asked me my complaint no. When i told them they had not given any they gave me the complaint no.[protected]. Since that day the complaint has not been catered. Yesterday when i contacted them thay put me to some Ms Anupama in Ghaziabad office who put me to Mr Pramod. The man promised me to give me a replacement till he gets me the fridge repaired. this happened 4pm on Saturday. Mr. Pramod gave me is phone no.[protected] just inn case i wanted to contact him. I gave him 7 calls on saturday and 6 calls on Sunday he never picked up my call. When I gave him a call from my Mumbai no. he picked up only to shout at me that he cannot speak to me as this is his private time while i was told by Mr. Naveen Kaushik that they have work even on Sunday. Three months still the fridge is not working. Me and my family have inhaled and eaten food smeared with gas. Please help if anybody is there to take control of the complaints otherwise the only option left with me will be to go the consumer forum. PLZZZZZZZ HELP

Samsung Refrigerator, — Product not received on time

Dear Sir,

I booked Samsung Refrigerator on 15th of may in E Zone. And the concerned person promised to deliver within 4 days. Todays 5th May. Still I am wating for the refrigerator.
I called the person many times and even personally I went and discussed with the concerned person, but they are just telling to wait for one day or two days.
I am really frustrated. Coluld you please guide me how to proceed.

I have bought a Samsung Refrigerator on 21/06/2009 from Kalinga Sales, Sahid Nagar, Bhubaneswar, Orissa, India . I have called up the Samsung Customer Care for Exchange the Front Door of my Refrigerator due to some Scratch Line and nobody has turned up so far . It's amost more than a week.

Iam really Frustrated with the Customer Care. If I have to wait for 10 days for a new installation Iam really afraid how many days I have wait for a Service Call !!!.

Samsung refrigerator double door 260 ltr — No response of the complaint

This is in regard to my complaint aginst malfunctioning of my double door refregerator 260ltrs, complaint no [protected] which I made on 18th Aug 09. No one from the company turned to my residence to make the repair. Someone from the conpany called me on 20th Aug 09 to inform that he will be there on 21st evening. He didnt turned up neither did he bothered to inform also. His contact No [protected].On 22nd I called the service centre 5 times on the no[protected], the supervisor Mr Manish came on line on the first call and after that whenever I asked for him he was not available, he didnt even bothered to give me the status that when the repair person will come.

I am having all my electronic goods of Samsung and today I am regretting for buying those products.
I am feeling it is the worst after sale service I have seen for any product.And how irresponsible employees !
I have purchased a Samsung Refrigerator Model No. RA19WBL1/XTLH Colour Lily Black from Allied Electronics & Gift Center, Shogi, Himachal Predesh . Invoice No. 109 Dated 10 Aug 2009. I lodged first Complaint No BP [protected] dted 17 Aug 2009. I was installed on 14 Aug 2009 but due to holiday I loged complined on 17 Aug 2009. I found the Cooling Temperature is Nil. Next Day the Engineer Mr Rajesh Mob No [protected]. He told to me the Compressor Oil gone to the chamber he advise me refill again compressor gas but I am not agree to refill the gas because I was purchsed new brand refrigerator. Dealer have supplied faulty refrigerator. Then after I was contect to Mr Ravinder Bhati Mob : [protected] at Parwanoo, Himachal Pradesh. He advise me you contect to Mr Ramanand Mob No [protected] at Delhi. Both are response is very good but till date no change my refrigerator. At present this refrigerator is packed the same condition. I am very mently disturbe now. Dealer told me you contect to customer care is replace authority. Sir I request to change the above refrigerator as soon as possible. Otherwise legal action will be taken against service centreI Samsung.

I have purchased Samsung Refrigerator, Model: 400 Lit, Type: Frost Free, S.No. 42BR200032 on 21.012002 from Samsung Brand Shop-Rajnish Marketing, Bhopal. The Refrigerator developed complaint of ice forming in freezer section. It was got repaired from the local Bhopal franchisee Shradha Sales, Bhopal. On 21.05.09, 15.06.09, 19.06.09, 22.06.09 and 24.06.09 I have made a complaint to the Call Centre of the Company on[protected]. Complaint No. is [protected]. This compaint has not been settle and again same old compalint of ice forming in the freezer section has arose for which compalint was lodged with the Call Centre on 11.08.2009. I have been reminding the company on the Call Centre as well as throught email. Mechanics who have tried to rectify the manufacturing defect have expressed their inability to rectify the defect. Hence, the copany has been reuqested to replace the refrigerator with new one. The company has failed to replace it, so far.

2. I have come to conclusion that the Refrigerator of the Samsung Company is not relaible.
