Dear Sir/ madam, I m Dinakaran G, I purchased a Samsung Fridge On 25/04/2012. For an amount of 14000 and the model no is RA21FDAR AND ITS bILL NO IS[protected] AND I purchased in West Tambaram Shop name Sharptronics. I have more expectation from your company products but i didnt expect this bad feedback. In One week My fridge Is not working if i call the service Ad visors they saying that its not in our area. We have complaint on 04/05/2012 the complaint no is [protected] and the another complaint is [protected] .The service person saying each location but no one responds me properly. Due to that i got frustrated of the company and going to file a case against your company and store in Consumer court I need the proper explanation and solution for this problem.
