[Resolved] Samsung Fridge — Issue with Fridge | |||
Issue with Fridge I have a Samsung Fridge and have been facing issues with servicing for last 1 week - it is disappointing to have a bought their product as it seems that they are not bothered - poor representation of the Company values. They are supposed to get a part that needs to be replaced and have not been able to do so and hence the simple thing is to ignore the customer - they do not call to give an update - it is only me who is regularly following up with them. I fail to understand why them call themselves customer centric - it is the customer who needs to run in circle around them. I have even written to the CEO desk mail ID - and the response from there has also been shabby - I get an email today stating that as per discussion over the "call" - "when no one called me" the service center will look into it - and this is when I went to them to state that Service center is not able to help. And to add to that the "Samsung Service Center" employee tells me that although Samsung is not being to service my fridge he can do it on his own accord - their employees also show the level of loyalty towards the organisation I hope they wake up soon - this a a market run by customers not by producers Was this information helpful? | |||
