Service Center Related
I am Aditya Aggarwal a user of one of your product Samsung Galaxy Ace Gt-5830 Imei No 358049042042197
Today I went to one of your service center in Mayur Vihar phase 1 (Vaishnavi Services), Actually today(30/06/2012) I was facing problem in my headset, it is not turning on since morning. Last night it was working fine and I had switched off it in a normal working condition (as switch it off every night on regular basis).
I went to service center Where Mr Abhisek assisted me, Firstly he said that I have changed my phone's Charging jack , I replied why would I do it when my phone is under warranty. After this conversation Mr Abhisek Informed me that there is a problem in your charging jack and it will not come under warranty due to liquid damage.
I was shocked because firstly I was informed that I have changed my phone's jack now it has a liquid damage.(as far my knowledge there is no liquid damage) I requested him to provide me a job sheet mentioning the same for which all the employees present their had denied.
Just for the acknowledgement I left with no choice other than to speak to owner of the service center Ms Monica .
I have suffered a lot just for the acknowledgement.
Then also I was provided with the photocopy of service request (Bill no : 4134002306).
I request you to kindly look into it.
