[Resolved] Samsung / Gt - 19300rwdegy — Poor customer service and repair service | |
Dear Sir: I considered my self a Samsung Fan but it seems that all of this will Change.I have a Samsung TV and Notebook and recently bought S3 mobile.Unfortunately i had an accident and the Mobile's LCD was broken.I contact union group in Cairo Egypt as per the warranty in my Phone's package and they took the phone with a promise to finish this in 3 days.when i contacted the customer service they informed me that the spare parts are not available and that it is Samsung's fault that they are not providing them with the required parts and that it will take them till 14 DAYS TO FIX MY PHONE!!!!!!! This is totally unacceptable as both ways are wrong: 1-either Union group is not honest or slow performers which means that Samsung chose a wrong company to support the brand in Egypt or 2-The spare parts are really not available and this means that my expectations from your company was not met and that i have to switch to another company that values its customers and their time Note:i totally admit that the accident is my fault and i was ready to pay the amount they mentioned with no negotiations but i expected a better communication and customer awareness Please feed me back and solve my problem QUICKELY (and tell me if this is the usual trend for fixing and repairing your equipments in Egypt to avios buying any future Samsung products) either by mail [protected]@gmail.com or contact me on mobile:[protected] Was this information helpful? | |
