Hi, I purchased Samsung Mobile few Months back.. Its a touch Screen and I have problem with it. It took one day to find out Samsung service center. And In service center there is no proper response from any of their staff. They are asking for Bill to repair my mobile where as I have warranty card which is not being accepted by them.. Why was warranty card provided when it is not accepted by Samsung ??? Was this information helpful? | |||
