when we contacting at toll free no, of companines very bad experience with those who are speaking in hindi. care peoples are very uncomfort with our national langauage and telling if you complaint in hindi phoned at new delhi on chargeble phone. toll free number is only for english speaking person. it means income from india and insultin national langauage. after long practice we complained and so many time phoned on call center. they your area is very long from our service centre we passed your complaints not possible to atent very shortly. it means if want to pruchase samsung product we want to stay at nearest placeof serice centre and knowing english langauage/ very shame the international brand cheating with indian citizens with wetenr business stlye. I WANT COMPLAIN ABOUT YOUR SERVICE CENTER, NEAR METRO SHOWROOM, RAJKOT.
MY MOBILE PHONE (GT-7722 DUOS).
THEY TOLD ME THAT "YOUR MOBILE WILL NOT REPAIR HERE BECAUSE LAST TIME YOU GAVE IT AHMEDABAD."
THEY ALSO TOLD ME THAT "YOUR MOBILE BOARD WILL BEND AT AHMEDABAD SERVICE CENTER DURING REPAIRING SO SOMETIMES IT'S NOT WORKING PROPERLY SO WE WILL NOT REPAIR HERE."
WHAT IS THE MEANING OF SERVICE CENTER ?
CUSTOMER WILL REPAIR THEIR ITEM IN ALL OVER INDIA AT ANY TIME.
I DO NOT HAVE A TIME TO GO AT AHMEDABAD.

Samsung customer care performance is extremely bad, you keep as kings for floor manager they keep u on hold for hours. I have been waiting for my fridge complaint no [protected] since last five days to be rectified .It is a harassment to us, to survive without cold water in Delhi. The worst part is that then the have the guts to ask us to give them feed back of the services at the customer care

i got a new samsung GT N 7000 on the 29th of september and from the day one i had a hearing problem, they refused to take it back. it went to the service, and they said that cannot be repaired only chance was to change the motherboard...and i have received it with the same problem. i need a solution .

Samsung — no providing after sales services
no body is coming for after sales services i have purchased two products of samsung microwave and washing machine for microwave nobody has come For the demo after asking lots of time over the phone for washing machine it is not working some problem are coming and its not working a mechanic has been sent who has charge 350 Rs for service charge and 300 for the changing some parts in it but the same problem continues after calling them again they dont want to send any body and money has been taken now the service center is that the new 1 more part is needed which they have get from somewhere and all the time they say that you talk to that person that person say you talk to another but not resolving the problem as they already taken the service charges before but the machine is not working.Thanking you
