Microwave under Warranty but not repair by the company
I deeply regret to write you that i am very disappointed by the response from Samsung customer care & service center.
I purchased a Microwave on 28th Jan 2012 (Scan Image of bill attached) from M/s Raj Tele Communications (Samsung Seconds Dealer) against bill no. 2840.
On 17th June 2012, the microwave starts showing error on the Display (SE & E-47). I logged the complaint No. 4133894572 at around 04:00 PM on 17th June 2012. Engineer Visited on 21st June & after seeing the Machine & Bill he said that there is no serial no. mention on Machine so i can't be able to repair the machine under warranty. I show him the bill again but he rudely refuses to repair.
I again complaint to customer care on 180030008282 & told the executive about the complete problem. The customer care executive assures me that the senior engineer will visit very soon but till 22nd June 2012 evening no one can visit or not any response from Samsung customer care. I again call to customer care & again told them the complete story to the executive, he also assures that the senior engineer will visit very soon.
I again logged complaint on 28th June 2012 & told the executive that I am harassed by your response & if you can’t handle the complaint please tell me so i can go with the legal process.
Still I’m not having any satisfactory response from Samsung’s end.
I think that there is not any responsible employee in the system that solves my problem.
Today on 29th June 2012 at around 15:36 hrs i received call from Samsung Service Center, Kota. Mr. OmPrakash on the line & he told me to bring the machine to Service center. I ask him that is it get repair under warranty or not?? He told that we try the best. When i reached at center they check the machine & say the same that we can’t repair as the machine is not having serial no. sticker.
I want to ask a simple question that a general customer visits the Home Appliances shop, selects any model & purchase... But at the time of purchase nowhere it was written that you need to have serial no. on the machine.... As a general customer I visited Samsung dealer, select the machine Model, take bill & pay the money with the assurance that i purchase a Multinational Company's Product & i expect the good services from the company representatives....
Please help as i am very harassed.
