[Resolved]  Samsung India / Mobile Raaga Set — Set gone dead

A have purchased new mobile set in May-09. This set became dead on 12 Oct-09. Deposited to Samsung repair Centre on 13th Oct-09 with receipt WA[protected]. I have been regularly checking for the set but set was not returned. Complained to Samsung Support unit but was informed that the set will be returned to me in a day or two . This date also has passed 10 days ago. No reply from their repair centre. I am approaching you for the suitable action against Samsung and getting my set back in working condition. I have lost all my faith in the company. Please do something. Thanks, Prakash Chand ( Mobile [protected]).
