Hi,

I have purchased a Samsung Split AC from Home Town in March end. Now the AC is not working. Its not getting on. I have raised a complaint at Samsung and a technician visited my place and he said that the PCB unit of the AC is not working.

He said that the it does not happen usually and they are currently not having the part. Its now over 7 days and there is no reply frim Samsung.

Samsung — faulty product sold

I purchased samsung 1.5ton split on 14th feb 2009 and there were noise from the indoor unit so i complained

service engg came and serviced after a week and immediately after that the fan blades broke in to pieces and its now 16th march 2009 no progress for a replacement.

toll free customer care is hope less.
My experience for the last 4 weeks has been dismal. Samsung engineers do not respond and will not come for repairs. If you live in Bangalore, do yourself a favor and do not buy a samsung product. Despite what all these stores..Girias..Pai..Viveks..Adishwar say - there will be no repairing your samsung mistake.

SAMSUNG SPLIT AC — Faulty Product sold by Girias

Hi,

I bought an Samsung split AC on 1st May 2011 in Girias electronics, Tambaram. It didn't work from the first day of purchase. I called Girias, Samsung service centre and also Samsung cust care. No one solved the issue till now and girias is not taking back the AC. The worst part is no one is taking the responsibility. Don't ever buy a product in Girias as they never care for the customer once the product comes out of the their store. But I will never leave them. I am going to register a case in consumer court against Girias, Samsung service centre and Samsung.

    i have purchased ur mobile SCH-W299,from Reliance web world[guru ragav tele services&marketIng ,No.62A,jeenies road ,saidapet. chennai-15, india, ph no.[protected]/32926885].dated on[protected].but i could not use ur phone as per ur specification given by u.i have given to ur service agent of TECHNOCARE, old no.142,new no.64,Habhipullah road, T.NAGAR,Chennai-17.they have managed to service but no use then changed the board my IMI number also changed before 2 months, now once again i am facing problem of touch screen & software are not working.when asked for change of mobile they informed to contact & send u the message. now my request is exchange this mobile to any other good model.i also understood from the customer complaint website nobody satisfied with this model phone.my mobile is still under warrenty.kindly exchange with the minimum usage cost,which canbe paid by me.othewise i have to take legal action through consumer court.trust u will take necessary action immediately.

      Samsung — Mobile dead within 1 month

      IHi Team,

      I have purchase Samsung mobile model no. S5200 on dated 17th July’2010 from Alfa Electronics (Vile Parle – W) but on 15th August’2010 the mobile was completely dead, I have call Alfa Electronics but they said to visit nearest Samsung service center so I have visited to Fraslin Tech Care Pvt. Ltd. (Samsung authorized service center), Mira Road – East on their request I have submitted my cell phone with them as per work order no. 1637 on dated 17th August’2010 and they have confirm to collect the same on 28th August’2010 but when I visited there again on 28th August’2010 they said mobile “mother board” have some problem and it will again take 10 days so please come on 5th Sept’2010 and even that’s not confirmed.

      I try to contact Samsung call center to lodge official complaint but Mr. Madhusudhan said it’s not under our area, so please contact Mr. Rahul but when I tried to contact Mr. Rahul’s cell phone was switch off till date but after calling again and again they taken my complaint as per Ref no. [protected] and ensure me that customer care executive will call me but till date I have not received any call.

      I hope will get justice.

      I met with the management team at mobileInnovate, reached at their website, www.mobile-innovate.com, about creating a mobile engagement strategy for our company. Their CEO, Rick Chandler, has absolutely ZERO experience in this industry and struggled to identify event the most basic concepts having to do with mobile, engagement, loyalty or technology for that matter. It looks like he's a glorified reseller for Relevance Media, which appears only to be a database management company. VERY disappointed and wasted a lot of our time.

        Hello

        I bought an AC (Window 105 TON )from samsung in year 2008 this summer there is some cooling problem i called customer service and made a req. to get it checked an engineer visited my place 14/6/2010 and said there is Gas leakage. I said ok get it fixed on 15/5/2010 a per from samsung collected AC from my place and after that i keep on calling samsung people but no one is able to give me the answer wher my AC is i called several people in customer service and head office as well but every one said i'll get back to you or some body senior will give you a call then i called Mr. Sanjeev Saxena who is the head of Our Area and he cordinated with service centre and get my AC delievered on 23/6/2010 but they cahnged the compressor of my AC by saying and the compressor they fit in my AC that was and old compressor which was replaced by them from another AC and wehen they place the AC at my place they charge my 1700/- rs and on top of it problem was not corrected beacuse the compressor was not working i called them again somebody from service centre come to my place and collected AC and still as of noe i have not recievd my AC i am sick and tired of complaining them but there is no response. Please get this issue into the notice of HOD od SAMSUNG so they get to know how their customer's are suffering

        SAMSUNG 1.5 TON AC — poor services

        DEAR SIR,

        I HAVE COMPLAINT FOR MY AC WHICH IS NOT COOLING ON 3rd APRIL.....SAME DAY EXECUTIVE VISITED AND SAID THAT NEXT DAY WE WILL PICK THE AC TO THE WORKSHOP AND REPAIR IT AND WILL INSTALL AGAIN BY NEXT DAY.

        AFTER THAT I HAVE CALLED SO MANY TIMES TO CUSTOMER CARE...ALWAYS THEY SAID.THAT WE WILL PICK THE AC....TILL TODAY NO ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN...AND I ALSO CALLED THE SERVICE CENTER IN NOIDA AND THEY ALSO SAID THE SAME....BUT NOTHING HAPPENED.

        SAMSUNG SERVICE IS SO POOR THAT I AM REALLY FACING VERY PROBLEM.

        KINDLY SUGGEST ME WHAT TO DO.

          I want to share my worst experience of my new samsung air conditioner, recently i bought a new Split Samsung Air Conditioner model no.AS-185TKA (5 Star) (1.5 ton) of Rs.29,800 from SARGAM Electronics(Authorised Samsung Dealer), 155, Kapil vihar, Pitam pura, Delhi-34 on 01/04/2010 (invoice no.SP-26) and get it installed within one week. It is not COOLING properly since the date of its installation. I called up the customer call centre and lodged a complaint and within two days a service engineer came and told me that there was some problem with gas leakage & next day he refilled the gas and air conditioner starts colling. But after two days its not cooling again. Then I have called the customer care again with same BP number i.e. [protected] & lodged the complaint. Again one engineer came & refilled the gas again & told that there was some problem in the cool wire and after one week they replaced the same. But after 10days, it is not cooling again at all. Now I am fed up with this samsung a/c. I want to replace my A/c or return my money. I want to know that if new product is not working properly since its installation then why the company is not replacing the product instead of repairing its parts. I think that they should have to change the product & issue the new one.
          In view of this complaint, I would like to request you to please resolve this issue & issue necessary direction with regard to replacement of this Air Conditioner.

          SAMSUNG/AIR CONDITIONER — not working

          Dear sir,

          I have purchased samsung air conditionery (split) in the month of Dec'08, from march onwards complaint started, 2 times i have give complaints on 06/03/09 & 30/03/09 against their complaint reference no.[protected], very first time they have replaced compressor, second time simply engineer came and he is telling that compressor is taking hight amps againt i will come and rectify your complaint and went off, since we both are employees we not getting time frequently to attend at house.

          i have purchased this air conditioner at TMC, A S Rao nagar, Hyderabad.

          NOW MY PROBLEM AS IT IS

          Samsung — air conditioner not cooling

          I bought samsung airconditioer from nandilath world on december, and not cooling,registered complaint No [protected]. Both nadilath and samsung giving very poor response.
          Last 6 days I calling and not getting any result.But they are not tacken any quick action against this. So, you are requested to take some Legal Action very soon.

          samsung air condition — NON REPAIR OF AIR CONDITION FOR LAST 5 DAYS

          This is to lodge my complaint for non-repair of samsung air condition for last 5 days. i had lodged my complaint at customer care centre number ([protected]) 5 days back i.e 31/3/10 with BP number- [protected].
          Service engineer visited my place and told me that there is some lekage of gas from AC which ill be refilled on 4th april, but since then no one from your service department neither visited or called me up for the same .
          I AM HIGHLY DISSATISFIED FROM THE SERVICE OF SAMSUNG AND FROM NOW ONWARDS M NOT GOING TO BUY OR RECOMEND ANY OF THE PRODUCTS OF SAMSUNG TO ANYONE.

          samsung air condition — non cooling

          I have logged complaint on call center [protected] on 30th march 2010 for air condition servicing and on 03rd April , engineer visited my residence and informed about the gas leak-aged and suggested that Samsung going to start free service camp and it will cost you cheaper as well as response is very fast and asked us to pay visiting charges i.e. Rs-280 and insists that if will pay RS-200/- Without receipt because i'll be coming again for pick up for your air condition under free service camp so will serve fast, But i paid him Rs-280/- with receipt and waited for him for 2 days but he didn't turned up to take the faulty AC then i again called on the customer service and logged complaint for Non cooling on 06th April 2010 ( complaint no [protected] )
          And today till 13th after 7 days no body turned to AC and I got no's for service provider i.e. Sapphire wazi pur from call center and called them many times and every day they were committing will come next day , kindly look into this matter and update.
          Looking for prompt response at the earliest.

          Samsung Air Conditioner — No Cooling

          Dear Sir,

          My A/c had no cooling which was purchased from T.V House on 08.03.2010. The man who came to install the A/c came and check the system and took Rs.500/- from me. Later we complained to your service centre and now it is O.K

          The person who collected Rs.500/- and cheated us is one Mr.George from T.V House Alappuzha and his mobile no. is [protected]. I request you take necessary action against him and refund my money

          I wholeheartedly agree with the above complaint. I lodged a complaint for my Samsung window A/C on 15 May 2010 and it took 15 days for the mechanic to come and have a look. I now have a pending complaint since yesterday morning as the same A/C is not cooling at all. No one has come to repair it much less acknowledge my complaint. I am completely fed up of Samsung and have decided never to purchase a Samsung A/C again. I have LG A/C's at home and not only do they give almost trouble free performance but their after sales service is commendable. They also have an AMC policy which Samsung does not have. The local Samsung service rep in Gurgaon is totally ineffective.

          SAMSUNG/AIR CONDITIONER — A/C Not Cooling

          A / C Not Proper cooling, So due to that given complient samsung service center for New Cool home jafferkhan pet, Chennai-83. Ph: 2471 4916. They attended service Engineer last month told the panel touch pad not working, due to that Not cooling A/C. So Replace the Touch Pad service engg told.They Attended service last month till now they telling the spare not available so pls contact H.O office, There we go and met Stores person they given Touch pad Part No:DB34-00026E, That part no given to sevice centre Miss.Padhmini,She told order a spare and replace with in 3 days. After that again we called service center they told T-Pad not available you may contact H.O. office.
          So we are totally disturbed for Purchased SAMSUNG A / C . We are already using samsung TV also take this complaint and take necessary action as quick as early. otherwise we will go far Legal Action.

            I purchased samsung corby pro (bt5310) one month back and i have started to face some really ridiculous problems.

            1. I am not able to see my contacts stored in SIM card. It shows that I have 200 contacts in memory status but I can't see them.

            2. I am not able to surf internet too, as it asks me too install java plugins. When I try installing it through the provided link, I am not able to do so.


            Please suggest what to do. I am not able to reach their customer care no as the IVRS system is really pathetic.

              I have purchased the refrigerator in Apr 2004.after initial installation it becomes problem for me. the compressor get unserviceable four times. every time the repair was under taken by authorised samsung engineer only.the enviromental condition is idle as per service engineer.on 16 Jun 2010 the compressor again becomes unserviceable. the repairing cost is beyond economical repair. now we are loosing our confidence in samsung product.because the repairing cost is going more than a new refrigerator.

              kindly look in to the matter and send your representative to analyse and take corrective action.i wish you will show interest and expedite the action.

                I had purshased one Samsung2onW619 mobile handset on 03/02/2009 for Rs. 14855/-. from Reliance Webstore Ltd., East Patel Nagar, New Delhi. My handset got damaged in June'09 and I had shown it at Samsung Authorised Service Centre at Paharganj - Bharat Communication. The concerned person told me that they had forwarded the request for the parts required for repairs and had given an estimate of Rs.3000 - Rs.3500/- which I had consented for. After repeated followups & personal visits for nearly 6 months with the service centre & with Mr. Bharat Bhushan , Service Manager of Samsung with Mob. No. - [protected] , I was told that the parts has not come from the company and I was asked to go to Nehru Enclave service centre of the company. I had given my handset for repairs at Samsung Service Centre, Nehru Enclave , New Delhi on 30/01/2010 to Mr. Vineet, Service Centre Manager. Next day an estimate was given for around Rs. 6000/- for repairs and after a week the estimate was revised to Rs. 13000/-. When spoken to some senior executive Discount of 50% was given on the estimated cost of repairs. And now inspite of repeated followups & calls to him my handset has not been repaired till date even after 5 months has elapsed for non availability of parts. Now no response is given from them. My calls are also not being attended.

                I had bought the Handset of Samsung for the 1st time thinking of the Brand Image of Samsung and other electronic gadgets of Samsung which I've been using for last 10 years. But I had not anticipated that Samsung which is a world renowed name is now not bothered for after-sales-service or customer satisfaction. I've been using / used mobile handsets of other companies namely NOKIA, LG, SPICE and I find NOKIA is the best for QUALITY & AFTER-SALES-SERVICE.

                Is it worth buying such Branded Products with such high prices with no after-sales-support.

                Request you if the consumer forum can help me in getting my handset repaired or alternatively the company replaces the handset.

                  Hi,

                  This is to inform you that I bought a New Samsung Refrigrator on 12th May 2010 worth rupees 18000. Now when it was delivered to my address the dealer said that the Samsung Engineer will come for the installation. The engineer came to check and said that your refrigrator will be replaced since you have received a faulty one. And the entire process will take almost 15 days. But it has been 25 days now since i am chasing with Samsung to get the replacement but whenever i call them they say that we are arranging a call back for you but i have not received a single call from them in last 20 days. Kindly help me to get it resolved since it has become a pain in neck to chase Samsung for the replacement of my refrigrator.

                    Please refer my complaint below and reply in the year 2009.

                    Again same problem started to my Fridge on 20.06.2010 and I loadged
                    a complaint to your Samsung Customer Care Centre.

                    After calling several times to your Service Centre M/s.Vision Cool Services
                    Service Engineer visited my house on 22.06.2010 and declared Compresser
                    not functioning to be taken to service Centre.

                    Again after calling several times, on 23.06.2010 at 05:15 PM they taken my machine
                    to their service centre for reparing.

                    On 24.06.2010, myself contacted two times, but they infmd engineer not yet
                    checkup the machine and they shall rvrt to me. But not recd any response.

                    Today (25.06.2010) again myself contacted them and understand estimated cost
                    for reparing will be Rs.1,600/- (One thousand six hundred). I rqstd them to provide
                    me a copy of invocie by fax, they agreed but not recd upto now.

                    Now I understand, if we purchase a Samsung product, each and every year
                    customer hv to face this type of problems mental/fisical and pay service charges
                    to your service Centre. Is it a business trick to your Service Centre or your cervice
                    engineers are not upto the level/qualified ?

                    You may please note tt the below charges has already paid by me to your service centre:

                    Date of Purchase : 04.04.2006

                    24.09.2008 - Paid Rs.1,193.00
                    18.04.2009 - Paid Rs. 809.00
                    03.07.2009 - Paid Rs. 83.00

                    Now again they insist me to pay Rs.1,600/- and also they infmd, if refuse to pay
                    this amount Fridge will not repair.

                    In this cirumstances, myself forced to plan to file a suit against Samsung India/Vision
                    Cool Service in Consumer court.

                    I would rqst your immdte necessary action by today.

                      This is very disgusting and shameful at your company end that i have launched a complaint having BP No:[protected] on 12/6/2010 that my refrigerator 375L RL-39WBMS is not working( Colling) Properly. My all milk products,vegetables etc are been spoiled.

                      I call customer care they say part of the Refrigerator is not available and this seems to me very unprofessional statement to me from your company.

                      I have also called to your Gurgaon office[protected] But of no use.

                      Kindly solve my problem. How Your company say that the part is not available in country when you have sold the refrigerator and if not i guess 13 days the part can be arranged from any where in this planet.

                        Samsung WIndow AC 1.5 Ton — Complaint No. 8405307018 dated 28/03/2010 not resolved inspite of Daily calls to customer care cell.

                        Samsung WIndow AC 1.5 Ton — Not getting service

                        I purchased a Samsung AC 1.5 ton in March 2010. I requested for its regular service in october and again in december. I got a call from the technicians that they would visit my house, but no one came. Since the summer season is about to begin in another two months. I beleive the response and service are pathetic. If you provide such a service, I would change my mind going forward to take another company’s products. My mobile # is [protected]. I am not goin to call customer care again, since my last request is pending. I hope this time I may get a response from you.

                        Samsung — window AC complaint not resolved

                        I had registered a complaint with Samsung on 25th May 2011, regarding my window AC. I had registered the complaint with the phone number [protected]. A technician visited my place after repeated phone calls, he said the AC fan blade need to be changed. He noted down the fan blade model number, and since its a 7 year old AC, it seems the model number of AC was not properly visible. He told me, in 3 days time the spare part will come. After 3 days I contacted the Samsung customer care Secunderabad, they say the AC fan blade number is wrong, and since the AC model number is not visible, they cannot help me.

                        I dont have the old bill also to give them the AC model number. So this is how Samsung helps its customers? We spent 22,000 on that AC, and now when it needs a new spare part, you guys are not providing it. If you guys wont helps us, who will help us? There should be a way to know which fan blade will fit my AC, Samsung technicians must have worked with so many AC's. Why is it a problem?
                        Hi, my complaint was resolved by Samsung... I have no issues against them now. They came and replaced the AC fan blade.

                            Our split AC model no. AST18WJWD XTL went for repair to PRS Sevices, 5, Samipya Flats, opp. Welcome Flats, Urmi- Dinesh Mill Road, Akota, Vadodara- 390020, Ph no.:[protected], 2342488 , an authorized service center of Samsung India Electronics Ltd in Vadodara city, Gujarat. on approx 27th may 2010, after making several calls and follow ups it was installed back on approx 6th June 2010. But the AC was not giving proper cooling, so , we asked PRS services to do a check, one of the engineer came and filled the gas, but there was no result, so he decided to again take the AC back to the service center, the AC was taken back on 14th June 2010 and we were promised by the engineer that AC would be installed in 2 working days.
                            Today its 24th June 2010 , and we are still following up the the PRS services to install the AC back.

                            For 1 month approximately from 27th may – 24th June 2010, we have stayed without AC in summer season, where the temperature goes up to 46 degrees.

                            We are one of the Loyal customer of Samsung as far as home appliances are concerned, We have 2 AC's both of Samsung, 1 Refrigerator of Samsung, 1 kitchen Owen of Samsung.
                            Kindly do the needful, so that we do not feel sorry on our decision to have Samsung in our home.
                            I hope one of the management people reads this mail, understands our problem and take some necessary step to resolve it.

                            Samsung India Service Center — AC servicing

                            We had purchased two Samsung Airconditioners in April / May 2009. There were problems during installation itself, however, now one airconditioner is leaking and another has a foul smell eminating from it. We had lodged complaints with the service center in these regards on 5th July 2010. Technicians from Samsung have visited our home several times and have told us that the problem has been resolved, but both problems still continue. They have even collected a service fee in this respect. They came back when we informed them that the problem persists and told us to have all the tubing changed (we purchased the same), however, the problem still persists. They came back and again did some repair work and asked for a further fee, which we refused to pay. The problem still persists - they were required to send us a senior technician who never turned up. I am pregnant and the baby is due in less than 2 weeks - so this has been more frustrating.

                            We buy products from reputed companies so that after sales services are good, but if we cannot expect this quality, why do we pay premiums for the same? The ACs are barely a year old.

                            I hope that you will be able to take action against these people so that other customers do not suffer in future.

                            i had made a request for servicing of ac to samsung customer care on 13th april.they told that i will get a call from samsung regarding this by 8.30 pm on 13 th april.I didnt receive any call.I again called on 15 th april and reminded them of my request for which they replied that i will get the call on the same day.but however i have noty received any calls from them.

                            It has caused great inconvenience to me and i want the matter to be resolved and the concerned company or customer care to be asked for their casual approach towards customer.

                            Samsung service center for phones in Domlur (Bangalore) takes the award for pissing off customers. Dishonest, rude and just plain being_an_ass syndromes...

                            One guy tells me my phone's warranty is only for 5 months. My reading through the guarantee card for 5 minutes when I bought the phone really paid off. I challenged him and then he agrees that it is actually 6 months. He was also pissed off about my stopping his repairing of a Nokia mobile phone. Yes you heard me right... He was busy working on it when I was right there..

                            Then a girl (supposedly the manager there) who barely speaks passable English and tells me my power chord cannot be changed because it has physical damage. The damage she refers to is actually a small bent near the connector (resulted from my trying to make it work when it stopped working). She turns me away.

                            I could never use my Galaxy 3's headset because everyone complained they can't hear. I could clearly hear them though. It's plain clear that Samsung has provided low quality accessories to reduce the cost involved and of course to increase profits. "For those stupid Indians this will do!!!".

                            Anyways now they are washing off from even providing warranty support for the defective parts.

                            Amazing... Just amazing. I know you guys treat your employees like cattle. But now customers added???

                            And lastly, their customer feedback for service makes u enter all the details and then complain something about some unfilled field and kick you out. "Don't even complain!!! This is what you deserve!!!"

                            Indians are always treated bad... now it's just your turn...

                                I had given my AC for repairs.
                                The AC was repaired but the servicing center refused to give me a true copy of the work order or any document pertaining to the what repairs were carried out.
                                Moreover when i spoke to the service center executive he simply refused to acknoledge my valid points and asked me to return the AC.
                                By that time the delivery man had fitted the AC.
                                The service executive asked the delivery man to remove it.
                                So i had to remove the fitted AC and return it back.
                                First of all the company gives a faulty piece of AC,who's compressor goes off in just 2 months of purchase.
                                Then the service provided is PATHETIC and the company refuses to give a proof of service that has been carried out on the AC.
                                Then the service center people act in a high headed manner and remove an already fitted AC.
                                I feel really sorry to have bought a samsung product and have vowed never to either buy another samsung product or recommend to anyone else.
                                I guess it was a terrible mistake to have bought a samsung product.

                                  I had purchased one Samsung 1.5 ton split a/c, model no.AS18EFA / 2009 on 26/05/2009 from your dealer M/s. Harsha Electronics, Near Mahalaxmi Char Rasta, Paldi, Ahmedabad.

                                  After three months of purchase, during the visit of your company service engineer for first service, it was detected that there was gas leakage from my a/c. The service engineer repaired the same. My query is that why a new A/c purchased by me and that also of a reputed brand like Samsung developed such a serious technical snag during the first three months of its purchase?

                                  Sir, on 18/5/2010, I noticed leakage of water from the side of Temperature indicator panel. I had immediately lodged a complaint. On 22/05/2010 your engineer came and checked the problem and told that he had solved the problem and the leakage will not occur. At that time I informed your engineer that in case the problem recurs, I will be away from town on 23/5/2009 and 24/5/2009.

                                  Unfortunately on 22/5/2010, the same day on which your engineer had visited and had declared that the problem was solved, I found that leakage was again there. I telephoned to your service engineer on 23/5/2009 from train, who informed me that he will come on 28/5/2010 and repair the problem. But he failed to turn up. At this juncture I would like to point out to the company that what type of service engineers your company has that a minor problem could not be satisfactorily solved.

                                  Again I lodged a complaint on 5/6/2010. Your person had come and did some repairing but the problem still could not be solved and leakage was continued. As the problem was not solved I once again lodged a complaint, I was told that I will have to pay charges but, I refused him and told that I will take up the matter with higher authorities. My complaint was lodged within the guarantee period, and the same problem could not be rectified by your engineer and there is no question of my paying any charges.

                                  In fact, the entire fault lies with the Company as it could not solve a minor problem and I had to undergo unnecessary harassment and mental agony. I now request you to personally take up the matter and repair the ac to my satisfaction.

                                  1. SAMSUNG AC SPLIT WERE TAKEN FROM EMBARKATION HQS KOLKATA, 246 AJC BOSE ROAD ON 11 JUN 2010 FOR COMPLAIN OF NOT COOLING BY SIMRAN SERVICES (EXCLUSIVE SAMSUNG SERVICE CENTRE) AND RETURNED ON 24 JUN 2010.

                                  2. HOWEVER, REPAIR WAS NOT SATISFACTORY AND THE FIRM AGAIN TAKEN THE AC BACK ON 17 JUL 2010 AND RETURNED ON 11 AUG 2010.

                                  3. THIS TIME ALSO THE REPAIR WAS NOT SATISFACTORY EVEN AFTER TAKING APPROX TWO MONTHS FOR REPAIRING PURPOSE.

                                    If they replaced a new compresser, this problem will not happend again and again.

                                      I SPEND MY HARD EARNED MONEY ON PURCHASING SAMSUNG MOBILE UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF YOUR TV ADVERTISEMENT (which are not telling you that this product does not support mtnl cdma) BUT THIS PRODUCT IS USELESS FOR ME SINCE THIS DOES NOT SUPPORT MTNL CDMA SO I REQUESTING YOU TO PLEASE TAKE BACK PRODUCT UNDER YOUR PRODUCT RETURN POLICY AS I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH THIS PRODUCT.EVEN YOUR WEBSITE TOO WON’T TELLING YOU THAT IT WON.T SUPPORT MTNL CDMA

                                      I PERSONALLY CHECKED MTNL CDMA SERVICE IS WORKING VERY FINE ON SPICE – D88 GOLD and micromax C2i HANDSET AND OTHERS CDMA BRANDED PHONES BUT NOT ON SAMSUNG MOBILE.
