Samsung Laptop — no service for customer

I purchage a laptop on dated 0/06/2012 form INDIAN COMPUTER, Near SDM Court, Dalhousie Road, Pathankot -145001 (PB). My laptop not start when i start the laptop then show on screen the SYSTEM FILES NOT FOUND in call to Custmer Care No.[protected] on dated 12/07/2012 he give me complain no. [protected] but no action regarding solive my problem.

false comitments by the dealer
the dealer promises to give many a services before the sale
and after the product is sold the dealer asks the customer to ask the company and the company asks to talk to the dealer
being a very annoyed customer
