this is to bring to your notice that we bought a samsung 32" lcd in the name of amit soni, mob. no. [protected] six months back we had a problem a snow in the set, we reported the matter to your customer care cell, your executive came & i am very sorry to say that he opened the set & the quality of picture got even worse and now unfortunately we are in no state to watch anything becoz of peisistent problem inspite of spending so much money on tv set. even the executive confirmed that problem increased becoz he opened the set & we were not informed. we have time & again reported the matter to your customer care, but the reponse we got was pathetic. it is requested of you to take necessary action at the earliest & if the reponse is not prompt then i, ve no choice but to report the matter to consumer court to get it resolved.
