Respected Sir, I would like to bring the following for your kind consideration and favourable action:- We had purchased a SAMSUNG LCD-LA26C450 TV from an authorised Dealer on 14.08.2010 and the series of events are as stated below: Name of consignee & address (My name & address): Remadevi, Block-XII, CPWD Quarters, GPRA Main Campus, Kunnumpuram, Civil Station New Link Road, Kakkanad, Kochi-682 030. Name of authorised Dealer: M/s. Fridge House,Chembumukku, Vazakala Village, Cochin-682021. Invoice No., & date: KK00012/14.08.2010. Item description: SAMSUNGLCD-LA26C450. Total amount paid in cash: Rs.21700/- No., & date of first complaint preferred:[protected]/21.11.2010. Date on which first attendance on complaint: 25.11.2010 (after 4 days). Observation intimated: One of the main spares to be replaced. Date of replacment of damaged spare: 02.12.2010 (after 10 days). Result: Worked for time being and acknowledgement obtained. After 45 minutes from the departure of Service Engineer, the TV stopped working. Immediately reported to Mr.Sudheesh, one of the employee of M/s.Samsung India Pvt. Ltd., Cochin in his Mob.No.[protected] who in turn assured on the same day by SMS that "Sorry for whatever troubles you have faced on this prodct. We will do our best to get your product replaced as soon as possible". Even then a second complaint was booked vide No.[protected]/04.12.2010. Date on which complaint was attended: 06.12.2010. Observation: Not disclosed. Result: However, TV has not been in working condition. Our Demand:Replacement of damaged TV with new TV. The Senior Service Manager in consultation with the Service Engineer in spot also verbally agreed to replace the TV. But, nothing happened till date. When reminded, they were acting as ignorant on such a word. Appeal: Request to direct the Manufacturer to replace the old set damaged within 95 days from the date of its purchase with a new set immediately. With regards Remadevi. Customer care should be consumer friendly. It should not harrass the consumers telling contact this person, contact that person. After selling the product they should not tell we have procedures, it will take 15-30 days. I have spent my hard earned money. they took their money same way i would like to see the product.
Samsung — Replacement of LCD TV
I had purchased 40" LCD TV in Chandigarh on 17 Jun 2011. I found that the front panel buttons on LCD are not working. I lodged a complaint at the call centre at [protected] and my complaint number is [protected]. I have been calling them ever since and everyday atleast twice. But everytime they manage to give some or the other excuse that service center rep will visit and replace the TV. Till date nothing has happened. I wonder if I have made a mistake in buying this. Why is Samsung not taking the complaints seriously? Install TYRE SEALER and get your tyre puncture proof till tyre's life.Have your tyre's life increased upto 10000 kms.Get increased mileage along with long time constant air pressure in tyre.

Samsung/LCD TV — Regarding replacement of NEW TV
HiThis is Ramesh. from Kamakshipalya. I purchased 26" samsung LCD TV, from SPAR, Mantri SQuare, Malleswaram, on 13-Feb-2011. As part of the package i was given a free dish TV connection. An authorised technician from dish tv came to install the connection 15 days after puchase of TV. When the tv was switched on, smoke was observed, and the tv is not working since then. I have been contacting the customer care repeatedly in the past --- days. No one has bothered to respond. I am utterly disgusted with the behaviour of your customer care, please give me a replacement or return the money.
