[Resolved] Samsung LED TV — DISPLAY ,Scratches,Sound problem | |||
I had purchased the LED SAMSUNG TV 26'' ES 4000 Model from Vasanth & co Tirunevali, Last Month ,There is display problem one side right top upper corner display screen going in side from the Outer Panel scratches & , also there is Sound problem while changing the channel (speaker woofing with unwanted sound) in had register the complaint with customer care and Vasanth & co Com no : [protected] , the Samsung service people come from Tuticorin and checked the TV and they taken the photos and they made the report to HO couple of weeks before, Till now there is No action to change the TV because its a Brand new.......... Samsung — POWER ISSUE AND AUDIO PROB
Hello Sir,Myself Sachin Vacher from Delhi. I have purchase SAMSUNG 32" LCD (Model LA32B480) last year from M/S HARI OM ELECTRONICS, ASHOK VIHAR, ON 18-SEPT-2009 vide bill no 27606, Its nearly more than 11th months old story, whereas i have warranty on this product for 12 months. Suddenly it stop working last month, then i launched an complaint regarding the same with your helpline. Its my first complaint), as a result your engineer visit my home and done the needful. Now within the one month of that complain suddenly it showing me sound problem, then i again launched a complaint regarding this (its my second complaint). Now, when your engineer done his job, electricity was not there, he was getting late, so as a result we trust him and didn’t check his work but when electricity came then only we came to know that LCD is having same problem. I again launched complain for the same (Its my third complaint) As a customer, I am scared about this product because i have less then one month valid warranty left for this Samsung LCD. This is first time I am facing challenges with any branded product like Samsung, at the same time its really raising question mark against the brand like Samsung. Can you please do me favor by replacing my piece, because it’s clearly showing manufacturing fault or extended warranty for the same,

Samsung — Booming sound
I had purchased a Samsung Fridge 315 Lt. (RT-31 ZVPR) in the month of Mar'.09. Initially we were thinking that since its new there is some sound which would die down after sometime. After two months also this sound kept coming as soon as the cooling started. I contacted their CC and was told that, since the fridge is new, initially the compressor makes such sounds and after a month or so it will gradually die down and it should be noise free. Till today the same booming sound continues from the fridge and I had called their service center and one quy came one evening and said this is normal and nothing to worry. The sound is sometimes agonising and gives me splitting headaches, since it is positioned just near the kitchen where I always keep hearing that booming sound. Well looks like there is no solution to this.
