Dear Sir/Madam,

I Mrs.Mani Singh W/O Sh.Ajeet Singh R/O H.No.812, Sector-22-B, Gurgaon(Haryana), Mobile No.[protected] purchased Samsung M/W Con 28L CE1041DFB AM0134 from CROMA, Ansal Plaza, Sector-23 Gurgaon (Haryana) on 11/12/2010 vide Customer Delivery No.[protected]. Salesman(Mr.Brijesh) of Croma promise me that one representative of Samsung/Croma reach my home for demonstration within 48 hours. But after elapsed 04 days nobody will come from Samsung/Croma.We are contact Croma on Monday i.e 13/112/10 but they say representative come on tomorrow i.e. Tuesday(14/12/2010), but representative not come on tuesday, We again contact Croma and requested for same., they say representative come on wednessday(15/12/2010) but representative not come on today, After many request I have no option to request to Croma Head for immediate action on my request otherwise please take your above mentioned M/W and return my money immediately.
I hope please take immediate action on my request.
