i too lost my samsung monte, imei -[protected], pls block it

Samsung — call rejecting

sir, i bought samsung B 5310 on july 2010 but i found very critical problem in my set. even insert the sim i found my mobile shows switch off problem to my clints and subordinate and also when i try to dial any number, it disconnect directly. because of this problem many times my staff member they blame me for the indisiplane manner. i have sent this set three times in customer care centre but i did not get any expected result. now i am very feedup to use this samsung pro B5310 because i miss my international calls. i have sent this set three times in customer care but i found there is no one who can ractify this problem. now plese suggest me what is the permanantly solution other wise i will go in consumer court.

Blocking the stolen phone

My samsung mobile was stolen on 21/10/2010 at about 9 pm. the IMEI No. is[protected]/ 2. I lodged a complaint with the local ps. Kindly take necessary steps to block the phone.

Samsung — theft of cell phone

My cell phone is lost during my travel in August Kranti Express on 19/12/2010. The trains PNR NO is[protected]. I lost my cell phone while reaching to Mumbai Central from my birth. My birth no is 55 and 56 in coach no B4. I logged a complaint in the Mumbai Central railway station on 19/12/2010 and they transferred that complaint to the Andheri station. Dear friends, it is matter of great distress when you lose something. However, with a little amount of care, you can minimize the loss. The feel of distress is more about the lost data rather than the cost of the gadget.

There is one thing that we all need to understand. That which is easy to carry is equally vulnerable to loss. Hence, you don't lose a land phone. Good practices like backing up the data on a regular basis is the only method that can minimize your losses. It really surprises me to see a lot of people who so passionately own expensive (sometimes beyond their means) handsets, are so lazy and lack discipline when it comes to backing up their data. Stolen Phone Blocking in India is a Bull ...
I have tried out all the ways possible using IMEI No and everything, nothing works...
The Saumsung customer tech helpline itself said me so...
I've now given up...
The IMEI No is a bull here, and it is of no good.. :(
