[Resolved] Samsung Mobile — taking high charges for under warranty mobile phone | |
i had bought samsung i 450 of rs- 11,000/- four monthes back on 11-may-2009 with one year warranty its hands free is not connecting to the mobileand when i went for its serviceat nehru place, delhi service center they said that its whole mother board has to be changed and you have to pay Rs- 6000/- . they were not taking gaurantey of internal damage its a software damage we cant do it manually one year back the same complaint happned with another samsung mobile set. costumer service center is not dealing well with the costumers. please do take require action not only me even many other peoles are also suffring from there services. thanks yours faithfully hemadri Was this information helpful? | |
