    I Buyed a Samsung 22" LCD Monitor Model No 2243 LNX on 15th Dec 2008 Which Has a Warranty Of 3 Years.

    With In 9 Months It Got 2 Times Repaired

    The 2 Times They Changed LCD Panel & Now I am Using 3rd LCD Panel

    Recently It Got a Small Punch On LCD Panel & Its Not Working.

    Now They Were Saying It Does'nt Comes In Warranty.

    My Recommend Is Not 2 Buy Samsung Monitors Because You Need To Go Service
    Center More Times Instead Using It.

      RECENTLY I BOUGHT A SAMSUNG CDMA MOBILE WITH MODEL NO: SCH-B259
      ON 9 JANUARY 2010
      RIGHT FROM THE DAY ONE I REGRET BCZ THE VOICE CLARITY IN THE MOBILE WAS POORER AND EXACTLY ON DAY 5 I REGRET BADLY CZ THE MOBILE STARTED GENERATING PROBLEMS ONE BY ONE GRADUALY
      1ST I COULD'NT HEAR THE VOICE SOMETIMES AS IN BEFORE THE CLARITY WAS DULL
      2ND THE POWER KEY STOPPED WORKING
      3RD MOBILE TURNS OFF SPONTANEOUSLY, COULD'NT EVEN TALK FOR A MIN
      4TH HEADSET WAS NOT WORKING
      5TH COULD'NT ABLE TO CHARGE
      6TH USE TO HANG STILL,

      WHEN I APPROACHED THE CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTER, ONE WOULD GET IRRITATED BY SEEING THE HUGE CROWD IN A SMALL OFFICE AND ONLY ONE PERSON WOULD BE PRESENT AT THE HELP DESK ALTHOUGH THERE WERE 4 TO 5 HELP DESKS, AND IF SITUATION IS PREVAILING OVER THERE ONE WOULD COUNT KI MERA NUMBER KAB AYEGA
      AND AFTER UNDERGOING ALL THESE WHEN MY TURN CAME I WAS REALLY SHOCKED AND AMUSED BY THE WORD OF THE EXECUTIVE
      HE JUST TOLD ME THAT THE WARRANTY WOULD NOT BE APPLICABLE TO UR MOBILE AS WATER ENTERED INTO IT SO IT COMES UNDER PHYSICAL DAMAGE CATEGORY AND SO ITS NON OF OUR BUSINESS TO HANDLE IT OR RECTIFY.

      SO MY QUESTION IS THAT HOW COULD THE SO CALLED "WATER" ENTER INTO THE BRAND NEW MOBILE, AND WITHIN JUST 5 DAYS OF TIME ALL THE PROBLEMS WOULD EFFECT ONE AFTER THE OTHER

      WHY DOES THE COMPANY PROVIDES THE SO CALLED WARRANTY AS I WOULD BE IN VAIN OR REJECTED BY A SIMPLE WORD ''PHYSICAL DAMAGE'

      SAMSUNG IS A RENOWED COMPANY THEN Y DOES IT MANUFACTURES SUCH DEVICES AND RELEASE INTO THE MARKET AND SET UP SERVICE CENTERS WHERE THE CONSUMER IS BEING CHEATED DIRECTLY

      INSTEAD OF BUYING THE BRANDED MOBILES AND GET CHEATED ITZ BETTER TO GO FOR THE "CHINA MADE MOBILES" ATLEAST IN THAT CASE CONSUMERS HAS GOT THE OPTION BY THEM FOR BEING CHEATED ATLEAST ON THEIR WILL

      MY SINCERE ADVISE TO SAMSUNG IS THAT DONT GET INVOLVED INTO THE COMPETITION SO MUCH THAT U START LOOSING UR CUSTOMERS

      DO YOU KNOW EVERYDAY AT THE SAMSUNG SERVICE CENTERS THERE WOULD BE A GUARANTEED MINIMUM TOTAL NUMBER OF CONSUMERS WITH DEFECT DEVICES WOULD BE NOT LESS THAN 50

      DOES SAMSUNG COMP: SHOULD FEEL PROUD ABOUT THE NUM

      Sir/Madam,

      I purchased your "Samsung Raaga" mobile on dtd 16.06.09 from Shillong with tata indicom prepaid connection. I had lots of problem facing from the date I purchased. The set is heated up after 10 mins of conversation.It was going for 6 months. Now in the last month 17.12.09 when I gave for charge, it was suddenly switched off . I took away that from charging and tried to switch on. That time the set becomes heated and I was not able to switch it ON.

      The next day I gave the set to the shop owner as it was in warranty period.He told that he gave it to the authorized dealer and that set will go to the service centre. But after 1 month that dealer reported that I droped this set and that's why it becomes faulty and they charged Rs 1100 for repairing that one. But I am sure regarding that I never dropped that one and there is definately some technical problem in the set. when they returned me back that set, they change the display also. Is it Customer Care or Customer harrasment? I want to free of cost repair of that set or you have to change the motherboard.I want ur immediate and necessary action.

      Else I will go to Consumer Forum.

      Samsung CDMA Mobile — NO PROPER SERVICE GIVEN BY SAMSUNG SERVICE CENTER (FAULTY SET OF SAMSUNG CDMA MOBILE)

      Hi,I have submited my handset for some technical problems dated 31/12/2009. model no SCH B519 but till today i am not getting any result from your end.
      I bought Samsung star few months back and its still under warranty period. The problem is that its not working in proper way, when contacted the service centre of samsung in samsung service center (FAIZABAD) they said they dont have in MATERIAL STOCK. I been calling them from last 2 month and get the same answer that they dont have in stock...
      i am in deep problem and expect a quick response from your esteemed organisation as soon as posible.

          i have brought this set to the samsung service centre 04 time it took them 1 month to resolve my battey problem and since last 2 months i m facing problem regarding memory card doesn't read.i think this is the worst set samsung could have ever produced..pathetic performance and aweful service rendered by samsung service center , Indore for this handset.

          Samsung B519 Mobile Handset — Battery Back up

          I have purchased Samsun M hand set B519 in Feb.10 from day one i found that the battery back up is very poor and hand set is not giving battery back up of more than 1 day without using the set as against the assurance by the dealer of a week back up. I visited the service canter at Mathura several time and on three and four times they kept the hand set for two to three days but no result and they are not in a position to resolved the complaint. I also contacted the service canter Manager Mr.Manish and Area Service Manager Mr. Parashar in this regard but there is no result. At last on 31 may 10,I deposited my hand set at the service canter with a request to refund my purchase amount and I was assured that time, but a period of almost two months have passed and in spite of repeated telephones I am unable to here any reply neither from Mr.Manish nor Mr.Parashar. More over my complaint was also lodged at customer care BP no.[protected].
          I am really very surprise see such poor service from a Brand Name SAMSUNG.

            I have purchased samsung GT-C3010S on 17/10/2009 from HotSpot CP Outer Circle. from the very first week i was facing some problem while charging my cell, i reported the same to the hotspotpeople they answered me that it is a new cell phone so it might take longer time to get charged so do not worry.
            but i was facing the problem,

            i told them that i have to charge the battery for more than two hours but with in 15 minutes it gets discharged, it may be because of bad battery. two weeks ago i have taken my mobile phone to the service center, after examining the phone they said that the charging point (socket) of the phone is not functioning properly and I have to get it replaced but they are asking
            for money. i told them thats its in the warranty and i am facing the problem from the very first week but still they are asking me to pay and get it
            replaced.
            Since the product is under warranty the service center must repair the part on their end without any charge.

            Call costomer care on[protected] from BSNL/MTNL. it is a toll free number. Tell them your problem, they will hwlp you out. Go to the service center with your receipt and show them. definitely they will do it free of charge otherwise it will be consumer negligence.

              i bought samsung star MODEL S5233W from reliance digital outlet secunderabad on 23 dec 09 and it hanged on 29th dec 09.
              could not take it to service centre on 30 th due to bandh.
              on giving it to service centre on 31st dec they said it's motherboard needs to be changed and will require 10 days.
              today. 15 days after it was given, they are saying that it will require another 10-15 days for mother board change.
              it baffles me THE LEVEL OF INAPTITUDE/LACK OF PROFFESSIONALISM.
              HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?
              I NEED A CLEAR ANSWER AND NOT THIS REPEATED VISITS TO THE SERVICE CENTRE.
              PLEASE HELP ME.

                i purchased sdamung w.machine on 31/03/2006 , and it stops working from past 1 months , with regard to this i have logged several complians to the service dept. of samsung ,now afer a long time they are responding in a negative note that the machine cannot be repaired for that the company will provide 36% of the amount aid during puchase as a compansation , which is pretty low i have usedmy machine for a span of 2 yrs and 9 months only, as per the warranty for any w.machines is 2 yrs so they should calculate the depreciation on the 9 months alone

                Samsung — Not refunding the amount as the machine cannot be repaired

                Its a complaint about samsung fully automatic washing machine with invoice no 025716 purchased on 4/3/2006
                model no: WA80HA for Rs 12700. The machine is not working properly and the defect is detected to be the problem of the board. The service centre person says the parts is not coming now and hence they cannot repair. and can refund only 10% of the amount paid.
                Its now only 3 years since it has been purchased with a guarantee of 2 years. We need to get atleast 80% of the amount back as its is not the clients mistake that the spare parts id not available.

                And I tried to contact samsung service in online thier online service itself is faulty. It always says try after sometime

                    I purchased this mobile phone from the Samsung dealer M/S TEC ZONE situated at Raghuleela Mall Kandivali West Mumbai 400067 on the 7th. of this month bearing Serial No. RVGSC62584F and IMEI/ESN memory no. [protected]. On the 10th. of this month I observed that the touch screen couldnt be operated without using excessive force. I brought this to the notice of the dealer M/S TEC ZONE on the 11th. of this month and he informed me to bring the unit to his shop which I did and after the same was checked by him advised me to go to the Samsung Service Centre located at Borivali West. I went over and had the phone checked by the Samsung Service Personnel and it was found that the touch screen was defective. I requested them to give me a replacement which they said they could not do immediately as their servers were down. They informed me that on the 13th. morning they would give me a replacement letter which I could then hand over to the Dealer M/S TEC ZONE who then would hand the same to his distributor and after two more days arrange for a new replacement. This morning I called up the Samsung Service Centre and enquired if the lettter was ready so that I could collect the same and start the procedure with the dealer for the replacement. I was informed by the service chief Mr. Sameer that their Server login passwords had been changed and he was awaiting the same from Samsung. I am not sure if this letter would be done today and I am still stuck with no phone at my disposal.

                    This is a very pathetic manner in which Samsung is handling their clients for service of their products. It is my hard earned money that has been put in for purchase of this so called sophisticated phone and I am now left with no option but to inform all accordingly.

                    Would request you to kindly look into the matter and have a solution to the same as soon as possible.

                        sms dont go regular , too many netwrok failure , sms typing if by mistke u use numeric then u cannot type alphabetic , phone hangs , memory card not accesbile half the time. call dont go thru , gets cut in a second,,,

                          mobile restarts automatically
                          . Itsbeen approximately 2mnths now that i have purchased this set, each time mobile gets switched off, it restarts and i lose all my settings i goes back to the factory settings. While viewing things, it sometimes gets restarted automatically. I did get back to the store where i purchased, they advised maybe its software problem and had to go to service center for software updation,should i take it to the service center near yadav coloney jabalpur.

                            I had purchased a mobile phone model no X-620 Samsung handst (IMEI NO [protected]) FROM M/S BEECHAMS PRESS PVT LTD M-6 CON PLACE NEW DELHI VIDE INVOICE NO HS-04201 DT 24/05/06. The phone was working fine but all of a sudden I recd a message that my phone is not having a valid IMEI NO. On 22/06/2009 i approached BEECHAMS SHOWROOM and was guided to their workshop. The handset which was working perfectly was handed over to their executive for registration. Now more than six months have passed but my phone has not been repaied and handed over to me. during this period i have contacted BEECHAMS showroom and SAMSUNG 'S EXECUTIVE ON PHONE BUT RESULT IS ZERO. bEECHAMS OFFICE INFORMED ME TO CONTACT SAMSUNG WHO IN TURN GUIDE ME TO BEECHAM.                               My wife Meeta Singh had purchased one samsung star mobile set (Model S5233)from UniverCell shop at Koppikar Road Hubli vide Invoice No. UKA400796 dated 06/09/2009 by paying Rs. 8900/- in cash. But since day one the set get hang while dialling/ receiving call. This is happening atleast 8-10 times in a day since begining. I have reported this defect to the hubli shop, but they had told me that they are responsile for sale only and are no where concerned with the service. Quote of the manager Mr. Sudhir:-"I have sold the item and my responsibily is over. If you have any problem with the set, please contact samsung service centre". I am stayibg at Dharwad which is 20-25 km away from the said shop as well as samsung service centre. However in the month of October'09 I had reported with my said mobile set to the samsung service centre. They had updated software of the set and handed over to me. But since defect was still unresolved, I had requested to the mentioned shop to please get it rectified. After several request, at last they had agreed to take my phone for service. In the month of Nov.'09 after holding my phone for 10-11 days, they have handed over the set to me with the remarks that "if it continues we will arrange to replace the same". In the mean time I had left for my native place for some personal work for around 25 days. but the problems were continued with the set. Any way in the month of December'09, I had further reported to the shop about the defect. At this time they had taken my phone for 5 days and given back after geting serviced by samsung service centre.

                              But unfortunately that defects continues. On reporting to the shop as well as to samsung and univercell customer care I was told to submit the phone to the shop.

                              I had deposited the set to the shop on 30th Dec'09. But since then I am daily trying to contact shop manager but he is picking up my phone. One customer care executive Miss Lata had suggested me to call UniverCell state head Mr. Balaji as she is also not able to contact Mr. Shop Manager However at last Mr. shop manager has picked up my phone and told that there is no any problems with the phone.

                              At this stage I am not able to understand what to do?

                              Please suggest me what to do?

                              Poor quality mobile phones, high price, very very poor service, No genuine complaint cell, No action and finally cheating the customers.

                                on 25/07/09 i bought a samsung lcd moniter, same day the problem of flikerring started,i lodged a complaint on next day 26/07/09 of my purchase.
                                samsung lndia engineer came but could not recognize problem,he left by doing cleaning work to moniter ,
                                i lodged 2nd complaint, but bad luck of mine, condition was same with another samsung engineer,
                                on 3rd complaint, samsung engineer visited & told me its some power connecter problem, he took about a month to changed it,& promised the problem will not occur.
                                but promise turn fake & problem occurs
                                samsung service engineer visit to give only fake assuarance ,but not to solve problem
                                now its my fourth complaint to samsung india ,
                                still same problem occurs & is not solved yet in more than 5 months.

                                  The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda (MSU), is one of the premier universities of India. Department of Chemistry, Faculty of Science of The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda has purchased SIX Samsung SPLIT Air conditioners (2 TON cap.) from M/S. Kalpana,s Enterprises, Kothi Char Rasta, Vadodara on 16.03.2009 through the distributor, M/S. Jagadamba, Akota Vadodara. One of the split AC installed in HEAD of the Department’s cabin where all the meetings being scheduled is not working /no cooling effect since installation day. Hence a complaint was filed to Kalpanas, the supplier, to get the same checked / repaired. Accordingly 6-8 times service technicians from jagdamba/Samsung had visited and reported that due to the gas leakage / less gas pressure, the cooling effect is not there , Finally the technicians from Jagdamba has taken the Airconditioners for repairing on 19th Dec. 2009. We had written and requested for replacement of Airconditioner as it is under warranty period. Since there is no reply or phone call, after 12 days i.e. on 31st Dec. 2009 we had called Jagadamba but no proper reply / response The next again we called, they asked us to produce the bill for replacement. We had requested them to come and meet our HEAD of the department and also send us a letter stating that the bill of the said airconditionr is required, as the same is with our accounts section of the faculty. There is no reply or action on our request, but we were informed to contact Kalpana Ent. Vadodara for further. Kalpana’s assured that they will send a copy of the bill to them and do the needful.

                                  In the mean time we had filed our complaint TWO times through SAMSUNG (Complaint no. [protected]). But , no proper action taken. they asked us to contact Ahmedabad service centre. Since this case is taking longer time to get solution, we are compel to write to the university / higher authorities for not to deal or recommend the manufacturer./ supplier.
                                  Samsumg failed to maintain the Reputation, because of Very Poor service.
                                  We are looking for an immediate and needful action from your side to put an end of a worst experience we had ever with SAMSUNG.

                                    Sir i have bought a 17 inch LCD TFT samsung syncmaster 740NW monitor in december 2009 which have 3 year warrenty

                                    Samsung LCD Desktop Monitor. — Problem with Display Cord & Power Cord.

                                    We have purchased a LCD Monitor of Samsung in which we are having the problem with Display Cord and Power.

                                    i have bought a Wide Screen Samsung TFT Moniter. After some time suddenly i have noticed that the display is not proper. i have complained to dealer. but he refuse to take action. What i have to do now?

                                    I got an HCL desktop computer with LCD monitor. The problem is that the aspect ratio of a page of a word/power point document in the print view display is almost square in shape - be it portrait or landscape size and does not give the correct impression of the page. Also the document is looks stretched horizontally and text words or figures are not in true shape and remain distorted. Is it a design fault of the monitor or has it some remedy?

                                    Please send your technical represetative to look in to the problem and fix it

                                      Dear Sir,

                                      By mistake I had procured Samsung M3510 on 31/05/09, but there were problems in the set from day one ,it was sent to your Service centre in Noida GNH telecom on 8/06/09, they claimed it has been rectified ,but actually it was not, then again it was sent to your same service centre on 11/09/09 .I asked for the refund of my money but I am running from pillar to post for the same .I was promised by several officials which include Rajesh Ankur & ,Shobit Aggarwal but it did not happen,then I spoke to customer support they told me that I should SPEAK TO Manav Dham ,when I spoke to him he told me that I should contact GNH on 28th of Dec-09 to collect the Ch, but when I spoke to GNH they told me it has not come there are 20,000 refund cases pending in north alone ,when I spoke to Manav he told me today that it will again take time.I should contact Sanjeev or Vivek Katpalaya , I do not know who is the right person. Because every time it is a new person as by that time already the old person whom I had spoke would have left this is the fate of customers in company like Samsung.

                                      I am looking for the refund amount of my Samsung M3510 which is Rs 6500 along with additional amount of Rs 10,000 which I have suffered due to poor support and un availability of my cell.

                                        I purchased a samsung mobile S 8003 model on last dec 17/ 2009 in tanzania .last week 2/01/2010 no network coverage so ,i given to samsung service centre in trichy vishnu service centre in trichy tamilnadu india .today 7/01/2010 at 10 am i called to service centre regarding my mobile problem they are saying here cant repair . because they dont have software .they are telling you go and get software where you puchase from that country .then why i should purchase samsung mobile .kindly help me .my moblile no [protected]

                                        I purchased Samsung Guru 1125 mobile 3 months before.For first two months it worked properly but now it is not getting proper coverage. On display it indicates full coverage but when called from other phone shows out of coverage.
                                        Presently I m using Vodafone sim and same gets coverage when inserted in other mobile at same place.
                                        When I contacted Service centre they refused saying it is problem of Network Operator and not the Cellphone. I tried with other network operators BSNL /AIRTEL simcard but I found same result.
                                        Please help me.
