I MV MURALI KRISHNA, PURCHASED A SAMSUNG MOBILE SET NO GT-S6802 ON 9-7-2012 IN BANGALORE. AFTER PURCHASE PHONE SWITHES OFF AUTOMATICALLY. THEN I CONTACTED SRIVAARU SOLUTIONS IN MALLESWARAM SERVICE CENTRE, THEY CHECKED THREE TIMES AND TOLD ME THERE IS NO PROBLEM IN THE HAND SET, AND ABUSED ME IN FRONT OF ALL CUSTOMERS. SO, I DECIDED TO FILE A COMPLAINT IN CONSUMER COURT TO GET A GOOD HAND SET OR FOR A COMPENSATION AGAINST SAMSUNG INDIA LTD., Was this information helpful? | |||
