Panel not working

I Purchased Samsung Mobile Deo W259 IMEI A0000024936254 on 28.11.2010 from Universal Cell RTC X Roads, Bill No. 634478/28.11.2010...Last month the panel stopped working and non of the keys are working....I went to authorized service centre and was informed panel has to be replaced...there is no guarantee...I paid Rs. 550 and got it changed (Mobile World Basheerbagh) receipt No. 6755...

I feel there is a manufacturing defect in this model or hand set....I request the company to look into the matter and replace the handset immediately
