[Resolved] Samsung Mobile Model Sgh - E740 — Charging problem | |
The above mobile set is in the warranty period. While accepting the set for repair the service center couldnot provide a service set with the remark that Samsung does not have any such policy. I was forced to buy another phone ( a Nokia this time) to survive the period of repair which was supposed to be 4-5 days. It is now over 10 days no one has any clue about the status of the complaint. The service center was in Malviya Nagar. Can somebody help. Was this information helpful? | |
