POOR PRODUCT / SERVICE
I purchased a SAMSUNG mobile 3353 for my daughter on 20th Feb.'11. She started using the mobile after her CBSE board exams say 24th March'11. The set was not working properly and as such I gave the same for repairs. The servise centre people said that there is problem in the software and the same is to be reloaded. They kept the set for three days and returned to me after reloading the software.
The set developed more problems like :
2-Auto off and on
3-Data cable not getting connected
Once again I gave the set to their service centre at 0003412032 Technocare Shop No. 102, Ganga Shoping Complex , Sector-29 , NOIDA on 4-4-11 vide Bill No. 4106791601, with an assurance that the same will be rectified within 4-5 days as it needs change of the PC.
I have approched the Servive centre more than six times but of no avail. The Manager of the concerned centre Mr. Ranjit promised me on 18-4-11, when I met him in person, that the set will be repaired and delevered to me at my residence on 19th April'11.
No honour to the commitment neither courtsey to attend the call whenever I have called him.
I have also reported the same to their central CUSTOMER CARE centre witha promise from the attendent that the REPRESENTATIVE from mobile Div. will call back. But once again you are left in lurch.
This is what SUMSUNG is TALL CLAIMS with little essense.
