Samsung / Mobile Phone — complaint against samsung mobile customer care | |||
R/Sir, It is intimated that i have given my samsung mobile model no. GT S5620, SL NO. RD 4ZA74207A. to samsung care sirsa (haryana) for repair( as there is network problem) on dated[protected].The work order has been issued by samsung care having w.o no. 6925 & the dealing person said that your mobile will be returned on[protected] evening. When i went to care to took my phone then he said your mobile is not repaired yet so you come again on[protected]. I again went to care on[protected] but again he said your mobile not repaired yet. When i asked reason then he said it will take time. I asked how much time , he said i can not give date you just came here enquiry on daily basis to us when it will be repaired you will get on that date. i just want to say that they are hrassing to me .
