[Resolved]  Samsung Mobile Phones — samsung s4 flip cover not deliver after complaint and 45 days complete

Having put first complaint with Samsung and providing the IMEI nunber I still haven't got my flip cover delivered for S4. This is not acceptable, when someone purchases your product from your website trusting of the features and facilities, no one expects to get cheated like this.
