worst service offered by univer cell stores....i gave my mobile for service n its almost 2weeks now they have not yet given my mobile.going on delaying it.i suggest every 1 never purchase mobiles 4m univer cell...worst n worst

My name is Neeraj Bhatia and i am a resident of Faridabad. I bought Samsung SGH-J600 mobile in Sept'2007. In 1 year of warranty i have got this mobile rectified twice from service centre. Now after 5 months of warranty expiring same problem which was rectified by service centre last time has came again.
I am not able to hear any voice from my phone right now. When i went to Samsung service centre, i came to know it has been shifted from there. And when i talked to the Samsung customer care, i was informed that it will be rectified now on chargeable basis as warranty has expired.

In last 7 years i have bought samsung mobile 1st time (earlier i have bought Nokia Mobiles and they worked very fine) and i am really fed up with the problems which i have faced with Samsung. Do u think our money is just a wastage. What is the service Samsung is providing to the customers??

It seems that Customer satisfaction does not mean anything for Samsung.

Please suggest what should we people do, who are spending 6000Rs. on one mobile and we are facing problem in every six months. What is the responsibility of the company towards their valued customers.

dear sir, i have registered a complint on 07/02/09 . work order no. is WA[protected] . NO ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN TILL NOW . I phone daily to the service center but could not get any reply .please take prompt action and end my complain . my phone no. is [protected]

Samsung Mobile — SGS150

I have purchased 3 days back a samsung mobile phone SGS150 from Vishal Mega mart Bhubaneswar. But we have not given any demonstration for operation of the same. The company may be directed to give a demonstration.

i bout a sumsung E251 on 29.07.08 and its fm not working back 7 month i comp to the service center and they told me to leave the hand set for 8-10 days and i did this but after 15 days asked them for the set they make silly excuse that sorry we dont received the set how we can provide u the hand set i make this promise that i never or my belongings never ever bouy the sumsung product . its quaility and service very very poor.

No cell phone companies give In-home demonstration for mobile phones. Though they might do it for their high end phones. You might want to visit the website or approach the nearesh service center to get to know about the feature.

Samsung Mobile — Too Slow Service

I gave my mobile for repair @ Samsung service center (Jodhpur) on 4th March and today I got call from them that "it has been repaired, so please collect it". I collected it in the noon and within an hour of collecting it, it again stopped working.. It's really embarrassing. They took 22 days to repair it and haven't provided me any stand by piece...

Dear sir
I purchased a samsung x 210 mobile on the 10th day of nov 2008. The key pad did not work and gave it to the service centre on 7.2.09. It took more that 45 days to get it back ie 27th march. Again two days later, it has the same problem.
Now the dealer WAVE TEL, Adambakkam Chennai 600 88 gives me a great idea that i can exchange the phone on an exchange offer for Rs 600 where the original phone costed me Rs 2400 and just 4 months of its life.
I dont understand that a big company like Samsung has such fantastic dealers who doesnt know to talk to a customer and service followup is very poor.
I have already 2 home appliances of samsung make doing good.
Kindly address my issue and requesting you to resolve it asap.

Samsung Mobile — not providing service

i purchase a samsung J700 mobile phone on 14th of feb from ANSH MOBILE shop no.7 kailash Plaza, Shah Market, AGRA. my bill no. is 518. and after 1 month it switched off automatcally and on after 2 days and on 30 mar it switched off again. when i went 2 service center (Electronic People samsung authorised Service center 4/127A, Bagh Farzana, Opp. State Bank colony, Agra-282002). my work order no. is WA[protected]. they said that there is a component is missing, i bring it back when i went 2 service center again they said that it is liquid logged. then i submitted it for repairing, and when i called them 2 ask that when i will got it back they again said that a component is missing. nw they are saying for charges to repair the phone but the phone is in warranty period.please do somthing regarding this.my no. is [protected], [protected]. thank you.

So then i went to samsung service centre which is in Muzaffarnagar and i don't know what he did but now my phone is switched off from that period & he just said that to show it to any NCR service centre.. please help me out i had puchased it 1 months ago and i m facing too much problem without my handset because all the contacts are there in it are very important for my business but the service centre don't gives me any response.. please solve my problem.
