DEAR SIR, REGARDING MY COMPALIN TICKET NO. :[protected] DTD. 03/10/2009 I WOULD LIKE TO BRING UNDER YOUR NOTICE THAT TILL DATE I HAVE NOT GETTING SUPPORT FROM SAMSUNG. PL...HELP ME......PL. HELP ME....... I AM SO AFFRIED...FROM LAST 1 MONTH.....PL. SIR.....HELP ME....NOW I AM ALSO AFFRIED TO PURCHASE OF SAMSUNG PRODUCT. MY COMPLAIN AS ON[protected] AS UNDER................ i had been purchase samsung printer model no. 6322DN in april 2009. Now i need to purchase a new drum. so i am trying to contact yr. sales team (At. Ahmedabad Region-Gujarat)from last 30 to 40 days, but no budys take bother to satisfied my need of purchase drum. i contact mr. shrinivash (Ahmedabad Office) on the dtd. of[protected] he said me to as soon as possible to try early. but now last two days he can't received my call. i also complain at yr. call center with technical department on dtd.[protected] &[protected]. But no result to till date. with painfully i am requesting to you to help me out. Because of non availability of drum, my business is suffered.
