I have purchased the refrigerator of your co, your dealer vasant and co based at nangallur.on 29.12.2011vide bill no.10410000034934and NNR sl.no003409of modelrt28nccbi/cr. The refrigator was commissioned by your staff after 10 0f supply and making no of cal to dealer and your service customer care .After 10 days of use found refrigerator become unserviceable.On complaint your engineer visited our house after 2days and told gas had leaked(Surged) next day your rep had completed the job and told you will not be finding any defect of same .nature . But after 30 days the defect had recurred and compliant had registered at customer center.Poor response technicians had not turned.The technician who came to attain was incapable to rectify /identify the cause of defect. Even after explaining the defect.I need my refrigerator to be replaced with new one of same model or the bill amount to be refunded
