Samsung Refrigerator — Gas refilling in fridge

I made a complaint on the 22nd of June on the toll free number from Chennai..BP No. 8407093619.An engineer visited and said gas needed to be refilled and it will be done by Saturday ie 27th June.I have made repeated calls to the Samsung Call centre and also the service agent and I have not received service as yet. It is 2 weeks... And as for the call centre, when I want the complaint escalated and ask to speak to the supervisor I am told either the supervisor is not available or the supervisor will call me back. Nobody calls. It is frustrating to talk to the call centre. Why is it one is not able to get responsible replies from them?
