[Resolved] Samsung Refrigerator — Overcharged for Service with in warranty period | |
Its regrading complain no. # [protected]. I have purchased Refrigerator 260L RT26RVMS on 22/04/08 form Tata Croma, Ishania Mall. An year and half latter I got problem in Refrigerator on 5 Oct 09. Service guys confirmed that problem is in Compressor and on 7 Oct 09 changed the one as it was under warranty. I have been charged for Labor and transportation apart from Gas. As per Samsung policies only gas should be changed where as I have been over-charged for labor and transportation while warranty as onsite location is with in municipal limit of city. It is very annoying that after repetive calls to Customer care and mailing to support.[protected]@sumsung.com no Action has been taken care off. I have even tried to contact Service managet Mr. Mr. K Rajendra at[protected] but one one responsed. I put forward to Samsung management to look into these matters where unethical charges are taken from customers, take an appropriate action and do the needful.
