Samsung / Samsung Galaxy Pop Gt - S5570 Mobile — v-care bad service

I want to complaint that i have buyed samsung galaxy pop GT-S5570 mobile on 27/3/2011 and i have given my phone for repairing on 9/7/2011 and today is 26/7/2011 17 days have gone and i have not got my phone still yet i have given to v-care which is mediater to give phone forward to company.My main complaint is that i want you to take some action against v-care service and i want my as soon as possible from v-care.My phone number is [protected] and v-care details=WZ-256 Inder Puri Ground Floor New Delhi-110012 and v-care phone number 69414540 it is open on Monday to Saturday between 10:15am to 5:45 pm i request to please take some action against v-care and try to get my phone as soon as possible.
