[Resolved] Samsung — samsung LED | |
I purchased Samsung LED February 2013. (6 month ago). But after 4 month a huge problem came in LED. No power came in my LED. I saw it Service center. Samsung center repaired it, But after two month same problem again with my LED. i Complained. But they gave me no reply and problem as it is. After some time Service Center closed in Rohtak. So Please help me....

Dear sir
I belong to middle class family I saved monthly Rs 3000/ for one year to purchase led tv model 32H5100 worth Rs 36500/ on 2nd April 2014 But just after one year tv's control panel damaged reason best known to quality of samsung, engineer has suggested to replace control panel which is worth Rs 12000/ which i cannot afford and am totally disturbed that samsung being the best company have cheated me I request your goodself to kindly replace my tvs control panel so that i will regain the trust of your company
