[Resolved] Samsung Service Center (Metro Telecare - Andheri (E) , Mumbai) — Poor service, rude behaviour | |||
I purchased a Samsung Galaxy 5 Handset, but the device had some fault from the beginning. The customer care suggested I take it to a service center and get it checked. I wanted a replacement as the Handset was defected from the beginning. First day, some engineer named Rakesh at Metro Telecare (Andheri-E) told me he will check it and talk to concerned deptt. about it. Next day he changed his tone and started yelling at me for no reason. He told me he doesn't want to replace the device and I can take my Handset back, he doesn't want to repair it either. Finally he agreed to repair it. But even after that I have the same problem, no problem was fixed. Having spent all this money, I feel like I committed a crime buying Samsung phone. Please do something about it at the earliest as it is causing me stress and costing me so much money every time to go to that service center. Was this information helpful? | |||
