[Resolved] Samsung — Service Issue | |||
Dear, I have Purchased Samsung Bluetooth Model-HM-1700 for Rs.2299. After that i face charging problem on it . so i replaced that bluetooth in warranty . i am living in saharanpur & i am using samsung 530 model & my charger stops its working & than i visited moksh enterprises in saharanpur & there i meet mr. sachin owner of the store & he clearly denied to change my charger by saying that this charger not belongs to this mobile but i requested him but he even not listened me & it is talk of 15/04/15 & previously also i visited i.e. on 03/04/15 & then also he turned me back by saying that currently charger is not in stock.
My request is that samsung should take serious action against that owner.

It is just two months old .I am afraid that if this is happening for this small part what will happen if I face any bigger issue.
I have called the Service Center , Samsung Call Center , have mailed them to their online feed back section but I have not received any solution other than their assurance.
I am 100% sure going forward I will not bye any Samsung product and will not refer any other as well. But what can I do at this stage to get the things done.
Please suggest.
