Service not good

Sir i bought new laptop on 26 may 2012.....
bt having 1 problem..when i use with charging it wifi speed comes good but without charging it worst..
i tried to call customer care they gave some no bt there is no response...

mobile in notcharging i give to service center kanchipuram on 4.7.2011 and i am reciving on 16.7.2011
affter service mobile ischarging but IME number mising and camera not working again i give to service on 18.7.2011
sevice engg, technision working not properly

Sir,

I m purchasing samsung star before 11 months but their have touch problem .I am giving my mobile in service center on 16.11.11 but still my mobile not received. My job shit no.is-10158.
In service station they not talking well, and not giving satisfied answer.

Pls do the needful , I am frustet.
