not getting support from samsung care

Dear sir,

While a voice call my mobile goes down after that i went near by samsung center & shown to them, they are receiving that mobile & checked in front of me then told it will be take 6 to 7 days for repairing as we are sending it to our care team. BUT still they are not repaired my mobile & now saying it will be paid service. as my mobile in warranty period .

so request to you please look into that matter & support to me.

After so many follow up with these samsung team they are not listening at all


The worst care team I ever seen.
