Samsung Split Ac 1. 5t — Case of negligence on part of Samsung Service guys

I had purchased a Samsung split AC 1.5 ton from a “Next” Showroom, Mayur Vihar (Delhi) on 8th May 2011 which I got installed in the same week at my residence in Laxmi Nagar. Next year in August (i.e. Aug’12) since I had to relocate to Kota (Rajasthan) I called up Samsung customer care to get my AC dismantled. The service guy told me that its advisable that you get installation and uninstallation done by company service team only because if you get it done locally there is a chance that you may lose the gas as local service guys generally don’t take much precautions. I had all my original packaging boxes with me so I asked the service guys to pack the AC as it was supposed to travel to Kota. The service guy told me that he has restored the gas and that there would be no problem. For added precaution I myself ferried the AC from Delhi to Kota in my car, after which I got busy and didn’t got time to get it installed. I called up Samsung Customer Care on 4th April 2013 to get the installation done, after the installation got over and we were to switch on our AC, the service guy informed me that there is no gas in compressor and that I would need to shell out another Rs. 1600/- for the gas.
Now I don’t understand that if the gas was restored properly in Delhi how can there be no gas in the compressor. I could have easily got installation and uninstallation done at half the price of what Samsung people charged me if I had known that their service guys are equally technically illiterate but I believe in trusting the brand and their people. I spoke to the customer care people several times since then but to no avail, initially they kept saying that I must have played with the AC which caused the gas leakage and that I have no option but to pay the amount for gas refill. They only softened their stand when I told them that I am 32 yrs old educated person (Mech Engg and MBA) and we have no kid in our house who would have played with such a machine. The customer care people then took their service centre person on concall with me and asked him to resolve the issue at the earliest. However its the 9th day today since I registered my complaint but no one bothered to visit to my place or even call me to figure out if the issue got resolved or not. From the last 2 days an even strange thing is happening whenever I call customer care people after just talking a few seconds the call gets disconnected. Now I don’t understand how will the issue get resolved if I will not be able to speak to anyone in Samsung.
I have now started getting the feeling that the customer care people knows its peak summer and that if they stop responding me for a few days I would be left with no option but to get the gas refilled.
I am however quite stubborn on my stand as when at each level the work was done by Samsung specialists how can they ask me to pay for mistake which I have not committed at all. If someone in Samsung do care about their customers please check below details and resolve the issue asap. I am frankly very disappointed with the behaviour of your service staff and I had been a fan of Samsung products but considering the service treatment I have received this time sincerely I would not recommend any single product of Samsung to any of my known people.
