[Resolved] Samsung — SPLIT A/C | |||
I had been complaining to samsung for last 2 years of a recurrent problem. There is a water leakage from the Indoor unit. i have been making complaints almost on a monthly basis during the summer season. Their mechanics come, have a look do something and it is back to square one after one month. As a matter of fact their service people even know the the colour of the pipe for cleaning the A/C. So one can see the level of incompetence at Samsung. And Customer Care is just a marketing gimmick. I have been writing e mails to their CEO since last year but no change in approach of samsung, It almost is like complaining at their call centre, I think call centre is better at least there is a person responding to you, whether he can do. anything or not is a separate issue. Grossly incompetent and callous approach to consumer problems, because if CEO is not bothered who would be bothered. Thanks Was this information helpful? | |||
