[Resolved]  Samsung Star Mobile Phone — My Online Order ID: SMO-961 of 07.06.09 for a Samsung Star

Hi,
I am copying below for your information an email I sent to [protected]@buysamsungmobile.com (unfortunately not delivered) which would explain in full my complaint. The DD for Rs 9,799/-- (uncashed I presume) has not yet been returned to me inspite of my express instruction to that effect. I should highly appreciate your early appropriate action in the matter. Kindly acknowledge receipt of this email and confirm that action is being taken.Thanks and regards.

Hi,
It is some months since I placed my order online above, which you
could not execute in time due to delay in receiving my DD for Rs 9799
/ - Issued by State Bank of India payable in your favor at SBI a
branch in Mehrauli Road (Gurgoan) and sent to you by Speed Post on
June 8 2009th However, the DD was finally received on 20 October 2009
as evident from the email from Mr Rohit, which (together with my
reply) I am copying your ready below for reference:

Inexplicably Mr Rohit did not return the DD to SBI, NRI Branch,
Trivandrum, as he had offered to do in his email of 21.10.2009 and as
specifically requested by me in my email of 21/10/2009. Please find
below a copy of my latest email to him with regard to his
non-compliance in returning the unused DD:

ready reference). Kindly return the DD (by registered post) without
further delay, to me directly, if you so prefer. I should appreciate
hearing from you confirming positive action on your side. Thanks and

I have not yet had a response in any form from Mr Rohit. I am
therefore perforced to bring the whole matter to your attention so
that you may kindly take appropriate action to have the unused DD
returned to me or the manager, SBI, NRI Branch, Trivandrum without
further delay. Thank you.
