DEARsir/mam, I purchased a a samsung TFT MONITOR on 18/05/2010. yesterday also i filed a complaint as the monitor is showing permanent blue line since one month.engineer has visited once and never came back. his proposed date of visit was 16/08/2010. there is nobody to care this problem of mine in this era when the consumer is considered to be as a soveriegn or a king.
