[Resolved] Samsung / Syncmaster Tft 20"monitor — a permanent blue line on monitor | |||
Its the fourth time im complainig to consumer forum..product is samsung syncmaster 20"tft monitor.. a permanent blue line is coming on my monitor which i purchased on 18/05/2010 i have complained on helpline toll free also. engineer visited on 08/08/2010, suggested to replacethe monitor complain no is..[protected]. they have kept me in priority since one month. I DONT KNOW IF THIS IS THE PRIORITY.WHAT WOULD HAVE HAPPENED TO ME OTHERWISE. today also i made a comlaint on helpline[protected] but again the promises are false kindly advice in a strict word to samsung for the replacement of my monitor what more cana grievedconsumer howl than this thanks and regards P L KATARIA [protected] [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
