Hello Sir 15th Oct i have purchased plazma. TV is nor working properly. I called Customer Care( 26th Oct) of Samsung but they are not responding. There engineer say in 15teen days unit is replaced but no action will be taken by samsung till 23rd Nov . This is Samsung duty to give us good services in given time. What steps should be taken by me? I am not able to understand. Please guide me, now i am helpless by spending 35000 on samsung.
