I HAD LODGED A COMPLAINT FOR MY SAMSUNG TV COMPLAINT NO ICJ2102 DT. 25.12.10,SERVICE REP. VISITED ON 27.12.10 HE DIDN'T NO WHAT HAPPENED AND HE TOOK THE TV'S MAIN BOARD AND IT WILL REPLACE WITHIN 2 DAYS HOWEVER THERE IS NO REPLY FROM THE SERVICE CENTRE ,TODAY ONWARDS(03/01/2011).THIS WAS VERY BAD FROM REPUTED COMPANY LIKE SAMSUNG.MY OLD TV WAS ONIDA THEIR SERVICE WAS VERY EXCELLENT BUT AS PER ONE OF MY FRIENDS REQUEST I TOOK SAMSUNG TV . I AM AFRAID THIS KIND OF SERVICE WILL MAKE THE COMPANY SHUT DOWN,SO I DIDN'T SUGGEST TO ANY ONE FOR TAKING SAMSUNG TV BECAUSE OF THE BAD SERVICE. Was this information helpful? | |||
