Samsung TV — Delay in repair | |
I complained about my TV not working on 3rd Oct. The next day thew service engineer came and pronounced that a part has to be replaced, which he would do the next day. When I telephoned him the next day, he said the part has been ordered from Bhubaneswar/ Kolkata (both overnight journeys from my town, Rourkela). Since that day, there is total silence from the company. I have sent emails, talked on telephone to their customer care, talked several times to the local service centre as well as the concerned service engineer, but to no avail. On 18th, I was promised by grandly by the customer care executive that myTV would be repaired by 19th 8PM. On 19th morning, I got a call from some samsung office in cuttack asking me where I was located!. Again on 19th evening, when I called the local service center, the lady promised to call me back in 5 minutes. When I called back after 30 mins, they had shut shop and left. Even the website is very unhelpful for complaints. After keying in my BP number, It asks for a password which i dont have nor have been allowed to create.
