Remainder - Samsung Company Officers Supported to Service center . for whom customer should Complaint. I am given complaint on 24/02/12, but not taken any action, Samsung is the biggest Company in world wide, but customers complaint why are you not solving ? i gave my Samsung TV in Ur Hi tech communications service center in Hanmakonda Warangal dist. they said that the parts have been replaced he didn't replaced any part ,and the same problem repeated on12/05/2012 service engineer saw the TV and his conform previous fault, and he said they didn't change any parts . but they was taken amount 1700/- they gave fake bill, actually service charge 250/- only . this service center manager Mr. Sampath Reddy cheating me. Please take action and Return remaining amount. 1450/- otherwise i will go to consumer court. give me replay immediately..... don''t delay...attached fake bill copy.
