Samsung Ultraslim Fit Tv — no visual is seen

my TV has some visual problem before 2 months .i will report the company one technican has come &service but after 3 days to see the same problem registered the company no technican will come after few days v will no pictures &no will see.
so sir please register the complaint&to avoid the problem.my tv has warranty & tv has akkken onlly the shop in 9 months.so please preside over me.
