Samsung Washing Machine — Damaged Washing Machine 90VPM | |
I puchased Washing Machine 90VPM on 10.10.09.The Washing Machine Packing was opened on the same day by the Samsung Technician and the back pannel cover was found damaged.The defect report was made by the Technician . I made complain to the Dealer as well as to Samsung India but nothing positive has been done till date.The company has neither repaired nor replaced the defective washing machine after five days.Also there is no co-ordination between the service engineers.Every time I have to tell the full story. If the company is providingb this type of poor services in Mumbai what will be the fate of the samsung product in the rural area.
