[Resolved] Samsung Washing Machine — Fraudulent Services | |
I bought a Samsung Washing Machine from E-Zone Pimpri, Pune on last Sunday( 20th Dec 2009) in cash. They promised to get the delivery done within 48hrs. Next till thursday (that is almost 4 days gone) they said we cannot deliver as it is out of PCMC location. (Location is already discussed and written on bill and at that time they said its free). Next they charged me delivery charges extra with threats that they wont refund my money unless I pay so. Even after paying the delivery charges(which was actually their fault) of Rs 500 i was given the delivery after another 24 hrs that also after calling them up at least 30 times. Next they said someone from Samsung company will come for the installation. I waited for another 24hrs (i.e. Saturday 26th) and called up E-Zone. They reverted back a 5 p.m. in the evening that it is out of our service limit. So a person will visit you next Monday(28th Dec, 2009). Is it my fault that the location is out of service limit ? Did they communicate before buying at any time with any written document or leaflet that Talwade(behind Capgemini building) is out of service area? E-Zone has played absolute fraud and literally forced me to be hyper as I had already paid the entire amount well in advance and just danced on their steps over the next one week. Nowhere did they mention any senior officer's no., email or anything. Please do not buy or come in the words of these people. Was this information helpful? | |
