Samsung — Washing machine - not repaired
My Samsung washing machine had stopped working and the complaint was lodged on 24th June 2009 (complaint no. [protected]). The service engineer who came in the next day, said that there was part to be replaced - its 08th of July today - Till date the part has not been replaced nor there is any update from the Samsung officials.I have called in 4 times post 25th June to their customer service nos. They have a standard reply that someone is looking into it - there is no update on the status and when the maching is going to be repaired.
And that too, when we are still in the warranty period.
Pls help - we really need assistance of somebody who can take this to closure.
