[Resolved]  Samsung / Washing Machine — installation/demo

i have bought a fully automatic machine from navrang electronics east delhi laxmi nagar delhi. It is almost a week had past but noone has come from the company for demo. Repeated call has been made from the customer but nothing happened . It is really frustated .
Hope suitable action must be taken against this negligence
